長學(xué)制醫(yī)學(xué)生同理心現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及影響因素初探

【摘要】:目的了解長學(xué)制醫(yī)學(xué)生同理心水平的現(xiàn)狀及可能的影響因素。方法回譯同理心量表(JSPE-S)結(jié)合相關(guān)調(diào)查問卷在374名長學(xué)制醫(yī)學(xué)生中展開測評和調(diào)查,采用單因素和多因素相結(jié)合的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果研究對象同理心得分為112.6±14.5,同理心在性別、年級、室友關(guān)系、擇業(yè)意向的不同水平間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。男生同理心水平低于女生(t=-2.335,P=0.020);大一學(xué)生的同理心水平最高,其次是大五、大四、大三、大二(t=-2.272~-7.176,P≤0.024);室友關(guān)系為"非常好"和"比較好"的學(xué)生同理心水平高于室友關(guān)系"一般"學(xué)生(t=3.345~3.382,P=0.001);擇業(yè)意向"以人群為導(dǎo)向"的學(xué)生同理心水平低于擇業(yè)意向"以技術(shù)為導(dǎo)向"的學(xué)生(t=3.155,P=0.002);對同理心得分影響前三位的變量分別是大二、室友關(guān)系為"非常好"和"比較好"。結(jié)論合理的醫(yī)學(xué)課程設(shè)置和營造良好的人際關(guān)系對醫(yī)學(xué)生同理心的培養(yǎng)有積極作用。

Methods A total of 374 long-term medical students were tested and investigated with JSPE-S and related questionnaires. The data were analyzed by single-factor and multi-factor statistical methods.
