高校學生心理彈性、社會支持與積極心理健康關系的調查研究

【摘要】:研究旨在探討高校學生心理彈性、社會支持與積極心理健康的關系,采用積極心理健康(PMH-14)中文版量表、心理彈性(RS-11)中文版量表、社會支持量表(FSOZU-K14),對河北省唐山市幾所高校的3500名大學生進行隨機取樣和測量,最終發(fā)現:(1)高校男女學生在心理彈性總分上存在差異(t=2.044,P0.05),并且男生的心理彈性總分要顯著高于女生;(2)在社會支持總分方面不存在性別差異(t=0.878,P0.05);(3)高校男女學生在積極心理健康總分方面不存在顯著性差異(t=-1.909,P0.05);(4)心理彈性、社會支持與積極心理健康正相關,并且心理彈性和社會支持對積極心理健康有顯著預測作用;(5)心理彈性對高校學生社會支持和積極心理健康的調節(jié)效應顯著,說明心理彈性在社會支持和積極心理健康之間起調節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between college students' mental resilience, social support and positive mental health. The Chinese version of positive mental health (PMH-14), the Chinese version of psychological elasticity (RS-11), and the social support scale (FSOZU-K14) were used. The random sampling and measurement of 3500 college students in several colleges and universities in Tangshan City, Hebei Province showed that: (1) there was a difference in the total score of psychological elasticity between male and female college students (t2.044%, P0.05). And the total score of mental resilience of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. (2) there was no gender difference in the total score of social support (t 0.878); (3). There was no significant difference in the total score of positive mental health between male and female college students (t = 1.909 P 0.05). (4) resilience, social support and positive mental health were positively correlated, and resilience and social support had significant predictive effects on positive mental health. (5) the adjustment effect of resilience on social support and positive mental health of college students is significant, which indicates that resilience plays a regulatory role between social support and positive mental health.
