[Abstract]:Since March 2nd, New York, the United States, has completely relaxed the regulations on the prohibition of the carrying of mobile phones and tablets in public schools. The new regulations put the permissions to schools and require schools to formulate relevant policies on the basis of multi consultation on the basis of the practice of students, parents and teachers in the school.
