大學(xué)生精神障礙患者的康復(fù)治療現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:正精神障礙是一類具有診斷意義的精神方面的問題,特征為認(rèn)知、情緒、行為等方面的改變,可伴有痛苦體檢和/或功能損害[1]。精神障礙不僅會(huì)引發(fā)各種精神癥狀,還會(huì)損害患者的社會(huì)功能。大學(xué)生正處于求學(xué)、求職、人際、婚戀等人生發(fā)展的重要階段,精神障礙的發(fā)生會(huì)使上述社會(huì)功能遭受破壞,甚至導(dǎo)致精神殘疾。對(duì)于大學(xué)生精神障礙患者來說,康復(fù)治療的效果影響精神障礙的預(yù)后,對(duì)患病學(xué)生能否回歸社會(huì)起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Positive mental disorder is a kind of mental problems with diagnostic significance, characterized by cognitive, emotional, behavioral and other changes, may be accompanied by painful physical examination and / or functional impairment [1]. Mental disorders not only lead to a variety of mental symptoms, but also damage the social function of patients. College students are in the important stage of life development, such as study, job search, interpersonal relationship, marriage and love. The occurrence of mental disorder will destroy the social function mentioned above, and even lead to mental disability. For college students with mental disorders, the effect of rehabilitation treatment affects the prognosis of mental disorders, and plays a vital role in returning the students to society.
