【摘要】:從文化哲學(xué)的視角來看,教師職業(yè)生活屬于非日常生活。受傳統(tǒng)文化的影響,我國傳統(tǒng)教師缺乏主體自由,其職業(yè)生活呈現(xiàn)出異化的狀態(tài):以重復(fù)性思維與重復(fù)性實(shí)踐為主的自在的活動方式,以習(xí)俗、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、常識等為主的經(jīng)驗(yàn)主義的活動圖式。重建教師職業(yè)生活,實(shí)現(xiàn)教師職業(yè)生活的詩化,要建立文化啟蒙的機(jī)制、健全的規(guī)范制度和教師反思的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural philosophy, teachers' professional life belongs to non-daily life. Under the influence of traditional culture, the traditional teachers in our country lack the freedom of subject, and their professional life is dissimilated: a comfortable way of activities with repetitive thinking and repetitive practice, custom, experience, etc. An empiricist activity schema, such as common sense. In order to reconstruct teachers' professional life and to realize the poetics of teachers' professional life, it is necessary to establish a mechanism of cultural enlightenment, a sound standard system and a mechanism of teachers' reflection.
