【摘要】：教師領導力是教師運用專業(yè)知識和技能影響學生、其他教師、家長等人員,最后達到改善學生學習的目的。以學習為中心的校長領導力包括高效領導必須關注的學生學習和成就的兩個關鍵維度:核心成分和關鍵過程。核心成分是指校長或領導班子必須完成的——即提高學生學習能力和社會學習水平,關鍵過程是指領導完成核心成分任務的過程。本研究通過實證研究,構建了教師領導力內(nèi)容結構的三因素模型及相關問卷,并用結構方程建模方法考察了以學習為中心校長領導力和教師領導力之間的關系。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership is the use of professional knowledge and skills to affect students, other teachers, parents and other personnel, and finally achieve the goal of improving students' learning. Learning-centered principal leadership includes two key dimensions of students' learning and achievement which must be paid attention to by effective leadership: core components and key processes. The core component refers to the principal or leading group must complete-that is, to improve students' learning ability and social learning level, the key process is the leadership to complete the core components of the task process. Based on the empirical study, this paper constructs a three-factor model of the content structure of teacher leadership and a questionnaire, and investigates the relationship between the learning-centered principal leadership and the teacher leadership with the structural equation modeling method.
