【摘要】：正2000年的時候,全世界制定了一個《千禧年發(fā)展目標(biāo)》(Millennium Development Goal,簡稱MDG),為期15年。當(dāng)時有八個領(lǐng)域,教育是其中之一。關(guān)鍵是重新提出"全民教育"這個話題,因為雖有1960年代、1990年代幾次全球動員,很多發(fā)展中國家的兒童還是沒辦法全部入學(xué)�！肚ъ臧l(fā)展目標(biāo)》在2015年就到期了,全世界都在討論2015年
[Abstract]:In 2000, the world set a Millennium Development goal for 15 years.There were eight areas, one of which was education.The key is to reintroduce the topic of "Education for all" because, despite several global mobilization in the 1960s and 1990s, many children in developing countries are still unable to attend school at all. The Millennium Development goals expire in 2015.The world is talking about 2015.
