【摘要】：行動(dòng)研究是基礎(chǔ)教育課程與教學(xué)研究的一種基本方式,其研究旨趣是:跨越理論與實(shí)踐的鴻溝,優(yōu)化教學(xué)實(shí)踐的品質(zhì),促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)下教學(xué)行動(dòng)研究存在的主要問(wèn)題為:研究問(wèn)題定位模糊,研究計(jì)劃欠科學(xué),研究實(shí)施不規(guī)范,行動(dòng)研究缺乏相關(guān)理論的支撐,研究難以持續(xù)發(fā)展。應(yīng)對(duì)行動(dòng)研究問(wèn)題的策略有:合理界定教學(xué)行動(dòng)研究的問(wèn)題域,遵循行動(dòng)研究的基本規(guī)范,加強(qiáng)理論與實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系,相關(guān)組織和人員為教師的行動(dòng)研究的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供支撐。
[Abstract]:Action research is a basic way of basic education curriculum and teaching research. Its research purport is to bridge the gap between theory and practice and to optimize the quality of teaching practice. At present, the main problems of teaching action research are as follows: the research problem is vague, the research plan is not scientific, the research practice is not standard, the action research lacks the related theory support. The strategies to deal with the problems of action research are: to define the problem domain of teaching action research, to follow the basic norms of action research, to strengthen the connection between theory and practice, Relevant organizations and personnel provide support for the sustainable development of teachers' action research.
