【摘要】：目的研究醫(yī)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)期間職業(yè)倦怠情況,觀察其心理狀況。方法選取120例2014年6月—2015年4月該校在某三甲醫(yī)院實(shí)習(xí)的醫(yī)學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)以及工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,觀察醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象以及心理狀況。結(jié)果醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生情緒衰竭情況要優(yōu)于馬斯拉奇常模,而玩世不恭及成就感低落更容易引起醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生職業(yè)倦怠,P0.05。醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生在軀體化方面與全國(guó)常模組對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;而在強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系、抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)、恐怖、偏執(zhí)以及精神病性方面得分則明顯高于全國(guó)常模組,P0.05。結(jié)論醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生普遍存在職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象,而與同齡人相比心理狀況也明顯較差,應(yīng)重視醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生心理教育,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生的心理健康,樹立正確的職業(yè)觀、價(jià)值觀。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the medical students during the internship period of occupation burnout, observe their mental status. Methods 120 cases from June 2014 to April 2015 the school internship in a hospital of medical students as the research object, using the symptom checklist (SCL-90) and Job Burnout Scale (MBI-GS) investigation and analysis of medical students, to observe the phenomenon of occupation burnout medical interns and the psychological status of medical interns. The results of emotional exhaustion is superior to Javier Rudge norm, and cynical and low sense of achievement are more likely to cause burnout of medical interns occupation, P0.05. medical internship in somatization and the national norm group compared the difference was not statistically significant, P0.05; while in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationship depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, and psychotic score is significantly higher than the national norm group. Conclusion P0.05. medical practice health times there is occupation burnout Compared with peers, mental status is also significantly poorer. Attention should be paid to psychological education for medical interns, so as to enhance mental health of medical interns and establish correct occupational values and values.
