【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展給人們的日常生活帶來(lái)了方便與快捷,同時(shí)也給教育教學(xué)帶來(lái)了新的發(fā)展模式,聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織UNESCO在2002年就提出了開(kāi)放教育資源OER這個(gè)名詞,美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院MIT的開(kāi)放課件OCW活動(dòng)推動(dòng)了OER的發(fā)展。本通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式收集數(shù)據(jù),分析了在我國(guó)高等院校中OER的采納與使用情況,并借助SWOT理論分析了目前OER發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The development of network brings convenience and quickness to people's daily life, and also brings new development mode to education and teaching. In 2002, UNESCO UNESCO put forward the term "open education resource OER". The Open Courseware OCW activity of MIT MIT has promoted the development of OER. This paper analyzes the adoption and use of OER in colleges and universities in China by collecting data by questionnaire. With the help of SWOT theory, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of OER are analyzed.
