少兒趣味田徑的課堂組織與項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)編在小學(xué)體育課中的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)一直被公認(rèn)為“運(yùn)動(dòng)之母”,體育課堂中出現(xiàn)最多的是田徑運(yùn)動(dòng),占有重要的地位。由于傳統(tǒng)田徑項(xiàng)目的高競技性特點(diǎn)和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式的局限性束縛性,導(dǎo)致田徑在少年兒童中的發(fā)展中呈現(xiàn)出明顯的弱勢。2000年國際田聯(lián)推出“少兒趣味田徑”運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。從學(xué)生對體育興趣角度出發(fā)利用新穎的游戲和多形式的團(tuán)隊(duì)競賽的教學(xué)方式,構(gòu)建的一種全新田徑教學(xué)理念,這一教學(xué)理念很快得到了教育界人士和一線體育教師們的廣泛認(rèn)可并在全國推廣。調(diào)查了解發(fā)現(xiàn),“少兒趣味田徑”的出現(xiàn)在很大程度上解決了傳統(tǒng)田徑中遇到的一些問題,從推廣到現(xiàn)在,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)田徑的熱情空前提升,田徑教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)效果也有明顯提高!吧賰喝の短飶健边@類新興項(xiàng)目雖然在教學(xué)理念和方式上存在自身的優(yōu)勢,但將這套辦法具體運(yùn)用到我國中小學(xué)體育課堂的教學(xué)實(shí)踐過程中也遇到了一些困難和細(xì)節(jié)上的問題。本文研究方向?yàn)椤吧賰喝の短飶健表?xiàng)目在小學(xué)體育課堂中的組織和趣味項(xiàng)目開發(fā)與創(chuàng)編,并對本期教學(xué)效果進(jìn)行研究與分析。目的是在小學(xué)田徑課堂中探究摸索更多有利于項(xiàng)目開展的組織方法,提供新的創(chuàng)編項(xiàng)目和創(chuàng)編理論知識,提高田徑教學(xué)效果培養(yǎng)田徑技能,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心全面發(fā)展。以少兒趣味田徑的課堂組織與項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)編在體育課中的實(shí)踐效果為研究對象,主要通過專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等方法,在之前“趣味田徑”教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試探討更好的關(guān)于項(xiàng)目設(shè)置、場地利用、器材布置、學(xué)生分組、裁判分配等教學(xué)方式和組織方法,累積了一手經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相應(yīng)的結(jié)論,教學(xué)期間開發(fā)和利用其軟式器材創(chuàng)編出了一系列的“少兒趣味田徑”項(xiàng)目,并投入教學(xué)之中進(jìn)行實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)與應(yīng)用得出以下結(jié)論:(1)項(xiàng)目設(shè)置、器材布置、學(xué)生分組等組織方法在課堂的合理應(yīng)用,學(xué)生在少兒趣味田徑課上有了合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷,其包括運(yùn)動(dòng)量、運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度和課堂密度較之前均有提升,學(xué)生各方面身體素質(zhì)和田徑技能也有明顯提高,趣味田徑課收到了良好的教學(xué)效果。(2)創(chuàng)編項(xiàng)目的開展實(shí)施提升了學(xué)生對趣味田徑的興趣,學(xué)生逐漸擁有自己喜歡的趣味項(xiàng)目,對學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的鍛煉習(xí)慣有積極意義。(3)學(xué)生實(shí)力均等分組、小組長和裁判培訓(xùn)等組織方式的運(yùn)用,學(xué)生參與課堂教學(xué)積極性有明顯提高。(4)趣味田徑課的教學(xué)實(shí)踐促進(jìn)學(xué)生內(nèi)在意志品質(zhì)的提升,在田徑教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)配合意識與奮力拼搏的精神,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力和人際交往能力。
[Abstract]:Track and field has always been recognized as the "mother of sports". Because of the high competitive characteristics of the traditional track and field events and the limitation of the traditional teaching mode. In 2000, the IAAF launched "Children's fun track and Field". Sports. From the point of view of students' interest in sports, the use of novel games and various forms of team competition teaching methods. Build a new track and field teaching concept, this teaching concept has been widely recognized by educators and first-line physical education teachers and popularized in the country. Investigation and find out. The appearance of "Children's interesting track and Field" to a large extent solved some problems encountered in the traditional track and field, from the promotion to the present, the enthusiasm of students to learn track and field has never been improved. Track and field teaching and learning results are also significantly improved. "Children's interesting track and field" such new items although in teaching ideas and methods of their own advantages. However, the application of this method to the teaching practice of physical education in primary and secondary schools in our country has also encountered some difficulties and problems in detail. The research direction of this paper is "Children's interesting track and Field". The project in the elementary school physical education classroom organization and the interesting project development and the creation. The purpose of this study is to explore more organization methods in primary school track and field classroom and to provide new creative project and creative theory knowledge. Improve track and field teaching effect to cultivate track and field skills, promote students' physical and mental comprehensive development. Take children's interesting track and field classroom organization and project creation practice effect in physical education class as the research object, mainly through the expert interview method. Based on the previous teaching experience of "interesting track and field", the methods of questionnaire investigation and experiment try to explore better project setting, site utilization, equipment layout and students grouping. Referee distribution and other teaching methods and organizational methods, accumulated one hand experience and corresponding conclusions, during the teaching of the development and use of soft equipment to create a series of "children's fun track and field" project. And put into the teaching practice test and application of the following conclusions: 1) Project setup, equipment layout, student grouping and other organizational methods in the classroom reasonable application. Students in the children's interesting track and field classes have the appropriate sports load, including the amount of exercise, the intensity of exercise load and classroom density have been improved, students' physical fitness and track and field skills have been significantly improved. Interesting track and field class received a good teaching effect. 2) the implementation of the creation of the project to enhance the interest of students to interesting track and field, students gradually have their own favorite interesting projects. It is of positive significance for students to develop good exercise habits.) the use of organization methods such as equal grouping of students' strength, group leader and referee training. The enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom teaching is obviously improved. 4) the teaching practice of interesting track and field courses promotes the improvement of students' internal will quality, and cultivates the students' sense of teamwork and the spirit of fighting hard in track and field teaching. Enhance students' social adaptability and interpersonal skills.
