中小學(xué)教師情緒調(diào)節(jié)、心理資本與工作倦怠的研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between cognitive and emotional adjustment strategies, positive psychological capital and job burnout among primary and secondary school teachers, and put forward some intervention suggestions. Based on a questionnaire survey of 253 primary and secondary school teachers in Shandong and Tianjin, the present situation of job burnout, the mastery of cognitive and emotional adjustment strategies, the level of positive psychological capital and the correlation among them were investigated. The strategies of cognitive emotion regulation were investigated by means of hierarchical regression. The predictive effect of positive psychological capital on job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers and the regulating effect of positive psychological capital on cognitive emotion adjustment strategies and job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers. The results show that cognitive emotional adjustment strategies and positive psychological capital are significantly negatively correlated with job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers and can be effectively predicted. The relationship between positive psychological capital and cognitive emotion adjustment strategies and job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers has some regulatory effects. This study confirms the universal existence of job burnout among primary and secondary school teachers. We believe that the necessary emotional adjustment training and the shaping of psychological capital can effectively reduce the level of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers.
