【摘要】：正MOOC的火爆,讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育重新成為人們談?wù)摰臒衢T話題。為了區(qū)別于名聲不佳的中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育,在2012年年底的一次高端論壇上,有位嘉賓把MOOC為代表的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育稱為是"新"網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育,而把1999年開始試點(diǎn)的中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育稱為是"舊"網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育。這種"新"、"舊"網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的提法,在某種程度上是對(duì)14年前啟動(dòng)的中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育試點(diǎn)的變相總結(jié),也預(yù)示著新一輪網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育試點(diǎn)已經(jīng)開始。"新"首先意味著一群"新人"進(jìn)入到了"網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育"領(lǐng)域。這批"新人"包括:其一,一批具有
