【摘要】:正眾所周知,青少年時期是人生從幼稚走向成熟、從簡單走向豐富的重要成長時期,在這一充滿矛盾、糾結(jié)和生命律動的特殊時期,人類幾乎所有的情緒都可在青少年身上體現(xiàn)出來,比如自卑、抑郁、精神性焦慮等。美國密歇根大學(xué)心理學(xué)家南迪.內(nèi)森的一項(xiàng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一般人的一生平均有百分之三十的時間處于情緒不佳的狀態(tài),因此,人們常常需要與那些不良情緒作斗爭。青
