【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展與普及,無(wú)論是高校還是公司企業(yè),都出現(xiàn)了很多的在線學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)。E-learning學(xué)習(xí)方式由于其具有“時(shí)空分離”,“隨時(shí)隨地學(xué)習(xí)”的特點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在也受到了越來(lái)越多人的歡迎。 但是,隨著在E-learning平臺(tái)的使用中我們發(fā)現(xiàn),目前數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源庫(kù)建設(shè)中主要存在以下問(wèn)題： 1.教學(xué)資源的利用率低。如今在線教學(xué)資源呈爆炸式增長(zhǎng),教學(xué)資源質(zhì)量卻參差不齊,學(xué)習(xí)者在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)往往無(wú)法去辨別資源的優(yōu)劣,造成資源的有效利用率不高。 2.教學(xué)資源的重用率低。每個(gè)E-learning教學(xué)平臺(tái)都要專門為自己開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)的教學(xué)資源課程,課程無(wú)法在平臺(tái)之間進(jìn)行重用和移植,造成了人力和物力的極大浪費(fèi)。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文提出了關(guān)于SCORM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源個(gè)性化推薦系統(tǒng)的研究。開(kāi)展的研究工作主要包括以下三個(gè)方面： 第一,本論文在綜合考慮學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程、SCORM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及個(gè)性化推薦技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了SCORM數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源管理模型,并且對(duì)數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源管理模型進(jìn)行了描述。 第二,在SCORM數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源管理模型研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)個(gè)性化推薦技術(shù)中協(xié)同過(guò)濾推薦算法的原理和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)行為特征,構(gòu)建了SCORM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源推薦模型,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于協(xié)同過(guò)濾技術(shù)的推薦算法。 第三,在上述研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于協(xié)同過(guò)濾技術(shù)的SCORM數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源庫(kù)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng)。測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果表明該推薦系統(tǒng)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者尋找優(yōu)質(zhì)的數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源具有較好的促進(jìn)作用。 本論文的研究對(duì)數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源庫(kù)的共建共享,提高學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)效率都能夠起到十分積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of computer network and communication technology, many online learning and training platforms have emerged, both in universities and companies. E-learning mode has "space-time separation". The characteristic of "learning anytime, anywhere" is now welcomed by more and more people. However, with the use of E-learning platform, we find that the main problems in the construction of digital teaching resources database are as follows: 1. The utilization rate of teaching resources is low. Nowadays, the online teaching resources are increasing explosively, but the quality of teaching resources is not uniform, learners often can not distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of resources when learning, resulting in the effective utilization of resources is not high. 2. The reuse rate of teaching resources is low. Each E-learning teaching platform should specially develop the corresponding teaching resource courses for itself. The courses can not be reused and transplanted between the platforms, which results in a great waste of manpower and material resources. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the research on the personalized recommendation system of digital teaching resources based on SCORM standard. The research work mainly includes the following three aspects: first, on the basis of synthetically considering learners' learning process, SCORM standard and personalized recommendation technology, this paper constructs a SCORM digital teaching resource management model. The management model of digital teaching resources is described. Secondly, on the basis of the research of SCORM digital teaching resource management model, according to the principle, advantages and disadvantages of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm in personalized recommendation technology, combined with the learning behavior characteristics of learners. The recommendation model of digital teaching resources based on SCORM standard is constructed, and the recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering technology is designed and implemented. Thirdly, on the basis of the above research work, this paper designs and implements the SCORM digital teaching resource database system based on collaborative filtering technology, and evaluates the system. The results of evaluation data analysis show that the recommendation system can promote learners to find high quality digital teaching resources. The research of this thesis can play a very positive role in the construction and sharing of digital teaching resources database and the improvement of learners' learning efficiency.
