【摘要】：隨著近幾年我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育在國(guó)際上取得的巨大成績(jī),大眾體育建設(shè)也取得快速發(fā)展,體育的國(guó)內(nèi)外地位取得巨大提高,體育相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度顯著。高校體育教師作為培養(yǎng)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀體育科研人才的重要師資力量因此備受關(guān)注。體育教師的心理特點(diǎn)決定著培養(yǎng)對(duì)象心理狀況的不同。我國(guó)目前對(duì)高校體育教師的研究雖涉及廣泛,但是對(duì)于高校體育教師自身心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的研究卻不夠全面。本文重點(diǎn)以高校體育教師例,通過研究幸福感與成就動(dòng)機(jī)之間的關(guān)系,探討如何提高體育教師幸福感,并更有效的促進(jìn)工作的開展。同時(shí)針對(duì)高校體育教師心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn)提出部分意見,為學(xué)者進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。 本研究幸福感采用苗元江博士論文《心理學(xué)視野下的幸�！犯戒浀木C合幸福問卷,從中截取主觀幸福感問卷與自述幸福感部分；成就動(dòng)機(jī)采用中文修訂版由葉敏仁修訂的《成就動(dòng)機(jī)問卷》為測(cè)量工具,對(duì)河南省高校體育教師轟就動(dòng)機(jī)和幸福感進(jìn)行測(cè)量。其結(jié)果如下： (1)高校體育教師幸福感與成就動(dòng)機(jī)呈顯著性正相關(guān)。 (2)高校體育教師整體幸福感水平較高；高校體育教師總體的成就動(dòng)機(jī)不高,但是追求成功動(dòng)機(jī)高與避免失敗動(dòng)機(jī)。 (3)女性相較于男性正性情感較高,說明工作中的女性更能較多的喜悅情感。 (4)在高校體育教師與非體育教師的對(duì)比中沒有顯著性差異；但是,非體育教師的整體幸福感程度高于體育教師。
[Abstract]:With the great achievements of competitive sports in the world in recent years, the construction of mass sports has also made rapid development, the status of sports at home and abroad has been greatly improved, and the speed of development of sports related industries has been remarkable. Physical education teachers in colleges and universities, as an important teacher to train outstanding sports scientific research talents in our country, have attracted much attention. The psychological characteristics of PE teachers determine the different psychological status of the training objects. Although the research on PE teachers in colleges and universities in China is extensive, the research on the psychological development characteristics of PE teachers in colleges and universities is not comprehensive enough. This paper focuses on the physical education teachers in colleges and universities, through the study of the relationship between well-being and achievement motivation, discusses how to improve the well-being of physical education teachers, and more effectively promote the development of work. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward in view of the characteristics of psychological development of PE teachers in colleges and universities, which provide a theoretical basis for further research. This study adopts the comprehensive happiness questionnaire in the appendix of Miao Yuanjiang's doctoral thesis "Happiness in Psychology", from which the subjective well-being questionnaire and the self-described well-being part are selected. The achievement motivation questionnaire revised by Ye Minren was used to measure the motivation and well-being of college PE teachers in Henan province. The results are as follows: (1) Well-being of college PE teachers is positively correlated with achievement motivation. (2) the overall level of happiness of college PE teachers is high, the overall achievement motivation of college PE teachers is not high, but the motivation to pursue success and avoid failure is high. (3) the positive emotion of female is higher than that of male, which indicates that the female in the work can have more happy emotion. (4) there was no significant difference between PE teachers and non-PE teachers, but the overall well-being of non-PE teachers was higher than that of PE teachers.
