【摘要】：正聯(lián)合國教科文組織近期發(fā)布《2012全民教育全球監(jiān)測報告》,揭示了當前提升年輕人的技能水平的迫切需求。報告表明當今最低限度是年輕人完成中學教育并獲得找工作所需的基礎技能。但目前,小學階段有兩億五千萬兒童不能閱讀和寫作,無論是否在學校,有七千一百萬青少年輟學,錯過未來就業(yè)所需重要技能的學習機會。該報告分為兩個部分,第一部分提供6個教育
[Abstract]:The UNESCO Global Monitoring report on Education for all (2012) recently revealed the urgent need to upgrade the skills of young people. The report suggests that at the very least, young people are required to complete secondary education and acquire the basic skills needed to find a job. But at present, 250 million children in primary school are unable to read and write, whether in school or not, 71 million teenagers drop out of school, missing out on the important skills needed for future employment.
