【摘要】：采用目的抽樣與整群抽樣相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)甘肅、河南、四川三省1354名教師的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村教師的教育教學(xué)力明顯落后于城市教師;農(nóng)村教師的學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展力明顯落后于城市教師;城市教師的生活生存力顯著低于農(nóng)村教師;不同教齡教師的學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展力的"波動(dòng)"十分明顯;不同學(xué)歷教師學(xué)力都亟須提升。為此提出縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距的政策建議:不僅要從宏觀角度考慮城鄉(xiāng)師資配備及教師生存保障問(wèn)題,也要從微觀角度關(guān)心不同層次教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:A survey of 1354 teachers in Gansu, Henan and Sichuan provinces by means of objective sampling and cluster sampling shows that the teaching ability of rural teachers lags behind that of urban teachers; The learning development ability of rural teachers lags behind that of urban teachers; the living ability of urban teachers is significantly lower than that of rural teachers; the "fluctuation" of learning development ability of teachers of different teaching ages is very obvious; the learning ability of teachers with different academic qualifications needs to be improved urgently. For this reason, some policy suggestions on narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas are put forward: not only the allocation of teachers in urban and rural areas and the guarantee of teachers' survival should be considered from a macro perspective, but also the professional development of teachers at different levels should be concerned about from a micro perspective.
