【摘要】：大學生常見的心理問題包括理想與現(xiàn)實的矛盾、不良情緒的影響、神經(jīng)癥、人際關系的困擾、人格與行為的障礙和擇業(yè)的難題等。在現(xiàn)今條件下,預防和解決大學生心理問題的途徑包括:掌握心理健康相關知識,合理預防心理疾病;堅持樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀,注重完善自我的心理品質(zhì);主動進行自我心理調(diào)適,及時進行心理咨詢與治療;積極學會適應,努力鍛煉自身的獨立生存能力和耐挫折能力;營造良好的校園文化氛圍,協(xié)同創(chuàng)造良好的心理社會環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The common psychological problems of college students include the contradiction between ideal and reality, the influence of bad emotion, neurosis, interpersonal disturbance, personality and behavior obstacle and the difficult problem of choosing a job. Under the present conditions, the ways to prevent and solve the psychological problems of college students include: mastering the relevant knowledge of mental health, rationally preventing psychological diseases, insisting on the establishment of correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and paying attention to improving the psychological quality of oneself; Take the initiative to self-adjustment, timely psychological counseling and treatment; actively learn to adapt, and strive to exercise their own independent survival and frustration ability; create a good campus culture atmosphere, cooperation to create a good psychological and social environment.
