【摘要】：家長在學校教育中的作用越來越受到重視,是教師文化形成的重要影響因素之一。H中學教師在與家長交往的過程中,基于教師自我價值保護的心理機制和個體對情境界定的能力,建構(gòu)了關(guān)于家長與學生的假設(shè)和信念,同時建構(gòu)了教師文化。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the role of parents in school education, which is one of the important factors influencing the formation of teacher culture. Based on the psychological mechanism of teachers' self-value protection and the ability of individual to define the situation, this paper constructs the assumptions and beliefs about parents and students, and constructs the teacher culture.
