健美操教學對內蒙幼師女學生心理健康狀況影響的研究

【摘要】:幼兒教師是我國教育事業(yè)必不可少的組成部分,幼師女生作為未來幼兒教育的中流砥柱,必須在各方面具備與時俱進的素質。當今社會的發(fā)展不僅要求幼兒教師有傳授知識的素質和和能力,同時也要求幼兒教師有積極向上的人生觀、價值觀,幼兒教師積極的心理心態(tài)對幼兒未來心理的發(fā)展是至關重要的,因此,我們對幼師的教育也不應當僅限于知識的傳授,更應該重視她們的心理健康教育。 健美操是近年來比較新的有氧健身運動,由于其動作簡單易學,音樂活潑動感,在學生體育運動中被廣泛推廣,健美操的各種教學成果也證明了其體育價值。隨著健美操教學在各類學校的推廣,健美操的心理影響力也漸漸引起人們的重視,大量的研究證明了健美操有氧運動對心理健康又積極的影響。 本文旨在對內蒙古民族幼兒師范藝術學校健美操普修課一年級240名女學生參加健美操教學前后和不同的教學方法,通過王極盛教授(1997)撰寫的《中國中學生心理健康量表》MSSMHS,觀察學生在強迫癥狀、人際關系緊張與敏感、學習壓力、強迫癥狀等方面所受到的影響進行問卷調查,研究健美操教學以及不同教學方法對內蒙古幼兒師范藝術學校的幼師女生在各項心理因素方面會產生影響,并分析改善這些因素原因,,為當前幼師女生健美操在體育課中實施運用提供一定理論依據,為幼師健美操教師更好的調整教學方法,制定健美操教學發(fā)展策略提供依據。對提高幼師女生素質,貫徹素質教育和終身體育思想具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As the mainstay of preschool education in the future, kindergarten teachers must have the quality of keeping pace with the times in all aspects. The development of today's society requires not only the quality and ability of imparting knowledge to preschool teachers, but also the positive outlook on life and values of early childhood teachers. The positive mental state of preschool teachers is very important to the development of children's psychology in the future. Therefore, the education of kindergarten teachers should not only be limited to the teaching of knowledge, but also should pay more attention to their mental health education. Aerobics is a relatively new aerobic exercise in recent years. Because of its easy to learn and lively music, aerobics has been widely promoted in students' sports. The teaching results of aerobics have also proved its sports value. With the promotion of aerobics teaching in all kinds of schools, the psychological influence of aerobics has gradually attracted people's attention. A large number of studies have proved that aerobics aerobic exercise has a positive impact on mental health. The purpose of this paper is to introduce different teaching methods before and after the teaching of aerobics for 240 female students in the first grade of aerobics general course in Inner Mongolia National normal School of Preschool. The MSSMHSS, written by Professor Wang Jisheng (1997), was used to investigate the effects on students' obsessive symptoms, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, learning stress and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. This paper studies the influence of aerobics teaching and different teaching methods on the psychological factors of preschool normal school girls in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the reasons for improving these factors. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the current application of female aerobics in physical education, better adjustment of teaching methods and formulation of aerobics teaching development strategy for kindergarten teachers. It is of great significance to improve the quality of girls and carry out quality education and lifelong physical education.
