【摘要】：為了探討大學(xué)生的歸因方式與其心理彈性之間的關(guān)系,本研究采用《內(nèi)控性、有勢(shì)力的他人及機(jī)遇量表》和《青少年心理彈性量表》對(duì)625名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果表明:大學(xué)生歸因方式及其心理彈性在性別、年級(jí)上均存在顯著差異;大學(xué)生歸因方式與心理彈性各維度之間存在顯著相關(guān);進(jìn)一步的多元回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),內(nèi)控性是心理彈性的有效預(yù)測(cè)變量,該研究結(jié)論為高校培養(yǎng)和提高大學(xué)生的心理彈性水平提供了新的視角。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship between attribution style and mental resilience of college students, 625 college students were investigated with "Internal Control, powerful others and opportunities scale" and "Adolescent resilience scale".The results show that there are significant differences in the gender and grade of attribution style and resilience of college students; there is a significant correlation between attribution style and psychological resilience; further multiple regression analysis found that,Internal control is an effective predictor of psychological elasticity. The conclusion of this study provides a new perspective for college students to cultivate and improve their level of psychological resilience.
