農(nóng)村初中生時(shí)間自我管理傾向與成就動(dòng)機(jī)、焦慮的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:時(shí)間自我管理傾向是個(gè)體在運(yùn)用時(shí)間方式上所表現(xiàn)出來的心理和行為特征,具有多維度、多層次的心理結(jié)構(gòu),由時(shí)間價(jià)值感、時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀和時(shí)間效能感三個(gè)維度構(gòu)成。時(shí)間價(jià)值感由社會(huì)取向的時(shí)間價(jià)值感和個(gè)人取向的時(shí)間價(jià)值感兩個(gè)分維度構(gòu)成;時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀由設(shè)置目標(biāo)、計(jì)劃、優(yōu)先級(jí)、時(shí)間分配和反饋性五個(gè)分維度構(gòu)成;時(shí)間效能感由時(shí)間管理效能和時(shí)間管理行為效能兩個(gè)分為度構(gòu)成。焦慮是由緊張、焦急、擔(dān)心和恐懼等感受交織而成的一種復(fù)雜的情緒反應(yīng)。成就動(dòng)機(jī)是人們在完成任務(wù)時(shí)力求獲得成功的內(nèi)部動(dòng)因。即一個(gè)人對(duì)自己認(rèn)為重要的、有價(jià)值的事情愿意去做,并努力達(dá)到完美程度的一種內(nèi)在推動(dòng)力量。時(shí)間自我管理傾向是初中學(xué)生生活中重要的成長問題,己有的研究雖然對(duì)時(shí)間自我管理傾向的相關(guān)因素作了一些探討,但對(duì)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生時(shí)間自我管理傾向、焦慮與成就動(dòng)機(jī)三者關(guān)系的研究并不多見;诖耍狙芯繑M通過對(duì)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的實(shí)際調(diào)查研究,,旨在考察農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生時(shí)間管理傾向、焦慮與成就動(dòng)機(jī)之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證己有的一些研究結(jié)論,并希望通過研究找到新的發(fā)現(xiàn)。 本研究運(yùn)用問卷法,采用“青少年時(shí)間自我管理傾向量表”、“成就動(dòng)機(jī)量表”和“焦慮自評(píng)量表”對(duì)武安市西部地區(qū)244名初一至初三年級(jí)學(xué)生進(jìn)行測試,剔除無效問卷9份,得到有效問卷235份。然后將獲得的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):對(duì)于不同性別的農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生在時(shí)間管理方面上不存在顯著差異,而在年級(jí)之間僅在時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀上存在顯著性差異,并且低年級(jí)的時(shí)間自我管理好于高年級(jí)的學(xué)生。此外住校生的時(shí)間自我管理好于走讀生。雖然初中學(xué)生已經(jīng)有了一定的自我控制能力,但是其自我控制力還很弱,更需要外界環(huán)境的約束力。由此可見初中學(xué)生的時(shí)間自我管理在外界因素的約束下會(huì)更好些。 農(nóng)村初中生時(shí)間自我管理傾向與成就動(dòng)機(jī)存在顯著正相關(guān),與焦慮成顯著負(fù)相關(guān);農(nóng)村初中生成就動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)焦慮有一定的預(yù)測作用,農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生中成就動(dòng)機(jī)高的學(xué)生,他們的焦慮程度較低,時(shí)間自我管理也比較合理。
[Abstract]:The tendency of time self-management is the psychological and behavioral characteristics of individual in using time style. It has multi-dimension and multi-level psychological structure, which consists of three dimensions: time value sense, time monitoring view and time efficacy sense.The sense of time value consists of two dimensions: the sense of time value of social orientation and the sense of time value of individual orientation, and the view of time monitoring consists of five dimensions: setting goal, planning, priority, time allocation and feedback.The sense of time efficacy consists of time management efficacy and time management behavior efficacy.Anxiety is a complex emotional response intertwined with feelings of tension, anxiety, worry and fear.Achievement motivation is the internal motivation for people to achieve success in accomplishing tasks.That is, an internal driving force that a person is willing to do what they think is important and valuable, and tries to achieve perfection.The tendency of time self-management is an important growth problem in junior middle school students' life. Although some researches have made some discussion on the related factors of the tendency of time self-management, they have made some researches on the tendency of time self-management of junior middle school students in rural areas.There are few studies on the relationship between anxiety and achievement motivation.Based on this, this study aims to investigate the relationship between time management tendency, anxiety and achievement motivation of junior middle school students in rural areas.And hope to find new findings through research.In this study, 244 junior high school students in western area of Wuan were tested with the Youth time Self-Management disposition scale, the Achievement motivation scale and the Self-Rating anxiety scale, and 9 invalid questionnaires were excluded.235 valid questionnaires were obtained.Then the obtained data are statistically analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in time management among rural junior middle school students of different genders, but there was significant difference only in the view of time monitoring among grades, and the time self-management of lower grade students was better than that of senior grade students.In addition, students living in school time self-management is better than the day-reading students.Although junior middle school students have a certain ability of self-control, but their self-control is still very weak, more need the binding force of the external environment.This shows that junior high school students time self-management under the constraints of external factors will be better.Time self-management tendency of rural junior high school students has significant positive correlation with achievement motivation and negative correlation with anxiety. Achievement motivation of rural junior middle school students has some predictive effect on anxiety, and students with high achievement motivation in rural junior middle school students have high achievement motivation.Their anxiety level is lower, time self-management is more reasonable.
