【摘要】：近年來(lái)，社區(qū)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越受到國(guó)家的重視，社區(qū)各方面的工作都在蓬勃發(fā)展，社區(qū)的建設(shè)需要社會(huì)中各個(gè)群體的積極參與，教師群體也是其中的一員。然而，在目前社區(qū)的建設(shè)過(guò)程中，教師角色存在著一定的缺位，教師角色的缺位存在著一定的原因，社區(qū)需要教師的參與，教師在社區(qū)中扮演角色存在著一定的必要性，如何促進(jìn)教師群體深入到社區(qū)中，在社區(qū)的建設(shè)過(guò)程中扮演各種不同的角色，為社區(qū)服務(wù)，是目前社區(qū)和教師都需要關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。 全文分為六個(gè)部分。文章的第一部分，論述了研究的緣由、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究的價(jià)值和研究的思路與方法等。第二部分，對(duì)文章中出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。第三部分，對(duì)當(dāng)前社區(qū)中教師角色的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹，分析了當(dāng)前社區(qū)中教師角色的缺失問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題存在的原因。第四部分，，主要闡述了當(dāng)前教師在社區(qū)中扮演角色的幾點(diǎn)必要性。第五部分，闡述了如何促進(jìn)教師在社區(qū)中扮演角色的實(shí)現(xiàn)，首先充分認(rèn)識(shí)教師資源在社區(qū)中的重要性，其次教師要加強(qiáng)自身的準(zhǔn)備，最后介紹了教師能夠在社區(qū)中扮演的幾種角色。 本研究從社區(qū)建設(shè)的大前提出發(fā)，旨在研究教師在學(xué)校之外的范圍還可以扮演哪些角色，如何發(fā)揮教師的社會(huì)職責(zé)，為社會(huì)服務(wù)。本研究還有不成熟之處，但期望能夠?qū)μ岣呓處煼⻊?wù)社區(qū)的意識(shí)、促進(jìn)教師全面發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社區(qū)和諧發(fā)展等方面有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the community is paid more and more attention by the state. The work of all aspects of the community is booming. The construction of the community needs the active participation of all groups in the society, and the teacher group is also one of them.However, in the process of community construction at present, there is a certain vacancy in the role of teachers, there are certain reasons for the absence of the role of teachers, the community needs the participation of teachers, and it is necessary for teachers to play a role in the community.How to promote teachers to go deep into the community, play various roles in the process of community construction, serve for the community, is the current community and teachers need to pay attention to the focus.The full text is divided into six parts.In the first part, the author discusses the reason of the research, the research status, the value of the research and the thought and method of the research.The second part defines the related concepts in the article.The third part introduces the current situation of the development of teachers' role in the community, and analyzes the lack of the role of teachers in the current community and the reasons for the problems.The fourth part mainly expounds the necessity of teachers' role in the community.The fifth part expounds how to promote the realization of teachers' role in the community. Firstly, we should fully understand the importance of teachers' resources in the community, and secondly, teachers should strengthen their own preparation.Finally, it introduces several roles that teachers can play in the community.Based on the premise of community construction, the purpose of this study is to study what role teachers can play outside the school and how to give full play to their social responsibilities and serve the society.This study is still immature, but it is expected to improve teachers' awareness of serving the community, promote the overall development of teachers, and promote the harmonious development of the community.
