【摘要】：通過問卷調查法對西南地區(qū)農(nóng)村學生學校適應性進行調查分析發(fā)現(xiàn):西南地區(qū)農(nóng)村學生對學�；具m應,但在不同方面有所差異,其中生活適應較好,教學適應較差;女生在學習、生活和人際交往等方面比男生更適應學校;學生的學校適應性隨年級升高而下降,主要受教師教學、自身學習和人際交往等方面的影響。要提高農(nóng)村學生的學校適應性,化解農(nóng)村學生的學業(yè)危機,促進農(nóng)村教育的發(fā)展,必須做到以下幾點:加強教師培訓,提高教師的教學技能和教學水平;注重培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣和學習習慣,提高學生的學習技能;教會學生與人相處,引導學生與同學建立良好交往關系;加強對男生的管理和引導。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the school adaptability of rural students in Southwest China, it is found that the rural students in Southwest China are basically adapted to the school, but there are some differences in different aspects, among which the adaptation to life is better, and the adaptation to teaching is poor;Girls are more adaptable to school than boys in the aspects of study, life and interpersonal communication, and their school adaptability decreases with the increase of grade, which is mainly influenced by teachers' teaching, their own learning and interpersonal communication.In order to improve the school adaptability of rural students, resolve the academic crisis of rural students, and promote the development of rural education, we must do the following: strengthen teacher training, improve teachers' teaching skills and teaching level;We should pay attention to cultivate students' interest and habit of study, improve students' learning skills, teach students to get along with others, guide students to establish good relations with students, and strengthen the management and guidance of boys.
