【摘要】：正人的現(xiàn)代化是國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化的主體和先導(dǎo),"它并不是現(xiàn)代化過(guò)程結(jié)束后的副產(chǎn)品,而是現(xiàn)代化制度與經(jīng)濟(jì)賴以長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展并取得成功的先決條件。"[1]P437社會(huì)教育是現(xiàn)代教育中的重要組成部分,是指"由政府、公共團(tuán)體或私人所設(shè)立的社會(huì)文化教育機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)社會(huì)全體成員所進(jìn)行的有目的、有系統(tǒng)、有組織、獨(dú)立的教育活動(dòng)。"[2]社會(huì)教育有著很強(qiáng)的吸納力、持久性和靈活性:在廣度上,它具有開(kāi)放教育的基本特征,不僅對(duì)教育對(duì)象的開(kāi)放,更是教育觀念、資源、教過(guò)程和空間的開(kāi)放;在深度上,以終身教育為旨?xì)w,既為滿足職業(yè)的需要而教育,又重視鑄造人格。社會(huì)教育以主動(dòng)學(xué)
