【摘要】:本文在闡述義務(wù)教育師資配置均等化與教育公平理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了城鄉(xiāng)教師配置在數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)方面存在的差距,從人事管理的角度提出了推進城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育師資配置均等化對策:推進農(nóng)村教師人事制度改革,穩(wěn)定農(nóng)村教師隊伍;提高農(nóng)村教師素質(zhì),優(yōu)化師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of explaining the theory of equalization of compulsory education teacher allocation and education equity, this paper analyzes the gap in quantity and structure of teacher allocation between urban and rural areas. From the point of view of personnel management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the equalization of the allocation of teachers in urban and rural compulsory education: to promote the reform of rural teachers' personnel system, to stabilize the contingent of rural teachers, to improve the quality of rural teachers and to optimize the structure of teachers' ranks.
