【摘要】：近年來,隨著對學(xué)生主體地位的重視,學(xué)生本身的需求也得到了越來越多的關(guān)注,關(guān)于學(xué)生成長需要的理論研究也逐漸活躍起來。雖然在眾多教育學(xué)家的努力下,國內(nèi)外的學(xué)生成長需要的研究取得了一定的研究成果,但是卻很少有人對這些已有的研究成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的、學(xué)術(shù)性的梳理。因此,筆者嘗試對國內(nèi)外已有的學(xué)生成長需要研究進(jìn)行一次系統(tǒng)的整理和歸納,對成長需要研究理論方面的成果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的剖析,以期為以后我國的成長需要研究做好鋪墊,也為早日建立完善的成長需要研究體系提供一些參考。 本文一共分為四章,第一章是緒論,第二章主要論述了成長需要概念的形成及研究意義,第三章是對現(xiàn)有學(xué)生成長需要研究成果的歸納與分析,第四章是對學(xué)生成長需要研究存在的問題的指出以及對未來發(fā)展趨勢的展望。從研究結(jié)果顯示來看,學(xué)者們的研究興趣多集中于對學(xué)生成長需要概念的探討、學(xué)生成長需要的具體內(nèi)容、基于成長需要的一些改革措施等方面,絕大多數(shù)研究者們都是在各自的研究領(lǐng)域中偶有涉及成長需要的研究。目前已有學(xué)生成長需要相關(guān)研究還存在概念界定缺乏定論、行動研究有待加強、研究對象比例和層次失調(diào)、研究視角有待進(jìn)一步擴展、尚未建構(gòu)出完善的成長需要理論等問題；但隨著對學(xué)生成長需要研究的推進(jìn),未來關(guān)于學(xué)生成長需要的研究將會更加本土化,更加注重理論與實踐的結(jié)合,學(xué)生成長需要的研究多學(xué)科背景的多樣化和綜合化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the attention paid to the students' dominant position, the needs of the students themselves have been paid more and more attention to, and the theoretical research on the students' growth needs has become more and more active, although with the efforts of many educators, Some research achievements have been made in the research on the needs of students' growth at home and abroad, but few of them have systematically and academically combed the existing research results. The author tries to make a systematic arrangement and induction of the existing research on the students' growth needs at home and abroad, and make a detailed analysis of the theoretical achievements of the research on the growth needs, in order to pave the way for the future research on the growth needs of our country. Also for the early establishment of a sound growth needs to provide some reference research system. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter mainly discusses the formation of the concept of growth needs and research significance, the third chapter is to summarize and analyze the existing research results of students' growth needs. The fourth chapter points out the problems existing in the study of students' growth needs and prospects for the future development trend. From the results of the research, scholars' research interests are mostly focused on the discussion of the concept of students' growth needs. The specific contents of the students' growth needs, some reform measures based on the growth needs, and so on. Most of the researchers have occasional research on the need for growth in their respective fields of study. At present, there is still a lack of final conclusion in the concept definition of students' growth needs, and the study of action needs to be strengthened. However, with the development of the research on the needs of students' growth, the research perspective needs to be further expanded, and a perfect theory of growth needs has not been constructed, but with the development of the research on the needs of students' growth, In the future, the research on the needs of students' growth will be more local, pay more attention to the combination of theory and practice, and the diversification and integration of the multi-disciplinary background of the study of students' growth needs.
