關(guān)于河南省民辦高校教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,民辦高校教師存在明顯的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象,其中情緒衰竭最為嚴(yán)重,緊隨其后的依次為去人性化和個(gè)人成就感。產(chǎn)生職業(yè)倦怠的原因包括:社會的高期望值與角色的高定位;辦學(xué)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,福利待遇差;教學(xué)工作量大,科研能力較弱;績效滯后,缺少跟蹤調(diào)查。緩解民辦高校教師職業(yè)倦怠的對策包括:社會應(yīng)降低對教師的期望值,建立民辦高校教師社會保障制度;學(xué)校應(yīng)采取有效措施,消除教師的倦怠心理;教師應(yīng)與學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的溝通,要具備主動發(fā)展的能力。
[Abstract]:The results of the investigation show that teachers in private colleges and universities have obvious phenomenon of job burnout, among which emotional exhaustion is the most serious. The following reasons are dehumanization and personal accomplishment. The causes of job burnout include: high expectation of society and high orientation of role; weak foundation of running a school, poor welfare, large teaching workload and weak scientific research ability; The countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of teachers in private colleges include: the society should lower the expectation of teachers, establish the social security system for teachers in private colleges, and take effective measures to alleviate the burnout of teachers in private colleges and universities. Teachers should communicate effectively with students and have the ability of active development.
