【摘要】：在民族教育信息化的大浪潮下,為了把握民族教育信息資源的數(shù)字化建設(shè)方向,使其得到一個(gè)良性發(fā)展,該文闡述了民族教育信息資源數(shù)字化的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵與其相關(guān)概念之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)其進(jìn)行精確定位,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,把握我國民族教育信息資源數(shù)字化建設(shè)的途徑、成果及特點(diǎn)。繼而通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法和實(shí)證研究法,從兩個(gè)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究:一方面,從"質(zhì)"與"量"的雙重維度對(duì)民族教育信息資源數(shù)字化的現(xiàn)狀、歸因進(jìn)行分析;另一方面,借鑒教育技術(shù)學(xué)的AECT94定義,以開發(fā)為落腳點(diǎn),對(duì)民族教育信息資源的數(shù)字化建設(shè)做了切實(shí)可行的構(gòu)想——進(jìn)行專題少數(shù)民族教育信息資源智能教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的搭建,并進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述和可行性分析。
[Abstract]:In order to grasp the direction of digital construction of national education information resources, in order to make the national education information resources get a benign development, This paper expounds the relationship between the scientific connotation of the digitalization of national education information resources and its related concepts, and makes a precise positioning of them. On the basis of this, the author grasps the ways of the digitalization construction of the national education information resources in China. Secondly, through the method of literature investigation and empirical research, the author makes a detailed study on it from two aspects: on the one hand, it analyzes the current situation and attribution of digitalization of national education information resources from the dual dimensions of "quality" and "quantity"; On the other hand, drawing lessons from the AECT94 definition of educational technology and taking the development as the foothold, this paper makes a feasible conception on the digital construction of the national educational information resources-to build the intelligent teaching system of the special ethnic minority educational information resources. The detailed description and feasibility analysis are carried out.
