【摘要】：【目的】探討對社交焦慮兒童進(jìn)行短程結(jié)構(gòu)式游戲治療的療效,為社交焦慮兒童的干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。【方法】將23名社交焦慮兒童隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=12)和對照組(n=11),對實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童給予10次短程結(jié)構(gòu)式游戲治療進(jìn)行干預(yù),采用兒童社交焦慮量表(Social Anxiety Scale for Children,SASC)、心理健康診斷測驗(yàn)(Mental Health Test,MHT)、兒少主觀生活質(zhì)量問卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Quality,ISLQ)進(jìn)行療效評估。【結(jié)果】治療后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童在SASC量表各因子分和總分均明顯低于對照組兒童(P0.01);在MHT量表的學(xué)習(xí)焦慮、對人焦慮、孤獨(dú)傾向、自責(zé)傾向、過敏傾向、身體癥狀、沖動(dòng)傾向得分和總分均低于對照組(P0.01或0.05);在ISLQ的同伴交往、學(xué)校生活、焦慮體驗(yàn)維度得分和總分均高于對照組(P0.01或0.05)�！窘Y(jié)論】短程結(jié)構(gòu)式游戲治療對社交焦慮兒童的近期療效肯定。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the effect of short-range structured games on children with social anxiety. [methods] Twenty-three children with social anxiety were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 12) and control group (n = 11). Children in the experimental group were treated with short-course structured games for 10 times. The efficacy was evaluated by Social Anxiety Scale for for SASCL, Mental Health Test, and inventory of Subjective Life quality of Life (ISLQs). [results] after treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated by using the inventory of Subjective Life quality of life (ISLQs). The scores of each factor and total score in the SASC scale in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01), and the learning anxiety, anxiety, loneliness, self-reproach, allergy, physical symptoms in the MHT scale were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of impulsive tendency and total score were lower than those of the control group (P0.01 or 0.05). The scores and total scores of anxiety experience were higher than those of the control group (P0.01 or 0.05). [conclusion] Short-range structured games are effective in the treatment of children with social anxiety.
