【摘要】：目的了解天津市區(qū)單親中小學(xué)生心理健康狀況及其影響因素。方法采用多級分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,抽取天津市1 625名中小學(xué)生,采用自編一般情況調(diào)查表、心理健康診斷測驗(yàn)(MHT)、父母教養(yǎng)方式評價量表(EMBU)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果天津市區(qū)中小學(xué)生單親比率為10.8%,和平區(qū)最高,為12.85%,七年級學(xué)生單親比率最高,為12.79%;父母文化程度為本科的學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)焦慮、對人焦慮、自責(zé)傾向、過敏傾向、恐怖傾向方面的得分低于父母為中專的學(xué)生,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);單親中小學(xué)生心理健康問題(總分≥65分)檢出率為20%;單親學(xué)生的心理健康狀況在總分及各個因子得分均高于雙親學(xué)生(P0.05);父親懲罰嚴(yán)厲、拒絕否認(rèn)的教養(yǎng)方式與單親學(xué)生MHT的8個因子均呈正相關(guān)(P0.01);母親過分干涉保護(hù)、拒絕否認(rèn)、懲罰嚴(yán)厲的教養(yǎng)方式與學(xué)習(xí)焦慮、對人焦慮、孤獨(dú)傾向、過敏傾向、身體癥狀、恐怖傾向等均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論天津市單親中小學(xué)生存在較多的心理健康問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mental health status and its influencing factors of single-parent primary and middle school students in Tianjin. Methods 1 625 primary and middle school students in Tianjin were sampled by multilevel stratified random cluster sampling, and general information questionnaire was used. Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHTT) and Parental rearing style Evaluation scale (EMBU). Results the single parent ratio of primary and middle school students was 10.8 in Tianjin, the highest was 12.85 in Heping District, and the highest in Grade 7. The scores of students whose parents' education level was undergraduate were lower than those of the students whose parents were technical secondary school students in the aspects of study anxiety, anxiety about people, self-reproach tendency, allergy tendency, and terrorist tendency.
