【摘要】：本文研究對(duì)象是西寧市與濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別的籃球裁判員。西寧市注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別共計(jì)40人,國(guó)家級(jí)7人,國(guó)家一級(jí)33人。濟(jì)南市注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別共計(jì)55人,其中國(guó)際級(jí)和國(guó)家級(jí)分別為5人和8人,國(guó)家一級(jí)42人。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)濟(jì)南市與西寧市兩地籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別的籃球裁判員的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比、分析,提出合理的發(fā)展對(duì)策、參考。本文主要通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和綜合分析法,從級(jí)別結(jié)構(gòu)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、執(zhí)裁年限、職業(yè)分布、執(zhí)裁頻率、后備人才隊(duì)伍、體能測(cè)試成績(jī)等八個(gè)方面,對(duì)兩地籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別之間的各結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)查、研究、對(duì)比、分析,提出合理的對(duì)策和有價(jià)值的參考。通過(guò)研究分析,得出如下結(jié)論:1.西寧市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍與濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別的籃球裁判員中,均存在男女籃球裁判員發(fā)展比例不協(xié)調(diào)的問(wèn)題。2.兩地年輕籃球裁判數(shù)量相對(duì)較少,均存在“年齡老化”的問(wèn)題,其中濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍比較明顯,應(yīng)著重解決。3.西寧市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍與濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍中高學(xué)歷的籃球裁判員在整體中占了很大的比重。4.西寧市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍是一支蓬勃發(fā)展有朝氣的年輕籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍。濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍是一支新老結(jié)合,整體經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍。5.西寧市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別籃球裁判員中,以教育工作者為主體。濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別的籃球裁判員中,以中小學(xué)教師為主,但也吸引了大部分行政機(jī)關(guān)工作人員進(jìn)行籃球裁判員的工作6.西寧市與濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍注冊(cè)一級(jí)及以上級(jí)別的籃球裁判員中,執(zhí)裁場(chǎng)次都主要集中在100場(chǎng)以內(nèi)。7.西寧市與濟(jì)南市兩地籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍均以“傳、幫、帶”的形式進(jìn)行發(fā)展。8.西寧市籃球裁判員在體能耐力方面優(yōu)于濟(jì)南市籃球裁判員。
[Abstract]:The subjects of this study are basketball referees in Xining city and Jining city who are registered at or above the level of basketball referees. The total number of basketball referees in Xining city is 40 at the first level and above, and 7 in the national level. There are 33 persons at the national level. In Jinan, 55 people are registered at the first level and above, of whom 5 are at the international level and 8 at the national level, The purpose of this paper is to compare the structural characteristics of basketball referees of the first grade and above in the basketball referees of Jinan and Xining, and to put forward reasonable development countermeasures. Reference. This article mainly through the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis, from the level structure, age structure, educational structure, adjudication years, career distribution, holding frequency, This paper investigates, studies, compares and analyzes the structural characteristics of the basketball referees in the two places between the registration level and above in eight aspects, such as reserve talent team, physical fitness test results, and so on. Put forward reasonable countermeasure and valuable reference. Through research and analysis, draw the following conclusion: 1. The basketball referees in Xining City and Jining City are registered as basketball referees of grade one and above. The number of young basketball referees in both places is relatively small, and both of them have the problem of "age aging", among which the basketball referees in Jinan are more obvious. The basketball referees in Xining city and the basketball referees with high academic qualifications in the team of basketball referees in Jining have occupied a large proportion in the whole. 4. Xining basketball referees team is a thriving team of basketball referees. A team of young basketball referees. The team of basketball referees in Jinan is a combination of old and new. Basketball referees with rich experience. 5. basketball referees of Xining City registered with basketball referees of grade one or above, Among the basketball referees in Jinan, the primary and middle school teachers are the main ones. But it also attracted most administrative staff to work as basketball referees. (6) Basketball referees of Xining City and Jining City registered at or above the level of basketball referees, The basketball referees in Xining city and Jining city develop in the form of "pass, help, belt". The basketball referees in Xining city are superior to the basketball referees in physical stamina.
