【摘要】： 進入21世紀,面對世界各國爭奪人才的大戰(zhàn),天才(超常)人才必將成為世界各國爭奪的制高點,它也將決定中國的興衰及中國在世界發(fā)展中的排位。所以,天才教育是一個具有戰(zhàn)略意義并值得深入探討的課題。 從1978年我國大陸地區(qū)第一個少年班成立以來,天才教育才受到大眾關(guān)注。30年過去了,我國的天才教育雖取得了一些成績,但仍然在風雨中艱難前行。相比之下,美國的天才教育制度則發(fā)展比較成熟,已經(jīng)逐步形成了獨立的法律和專門服務管理機構(gòu),形成一批穩(wěn)定的研究團隊和完善的資源支持系統(tǒng),許多方面都是值得中國學習和借鑒的。 本文將從宏觀的層面來探討中美天才教育問題。全文共分八章,第一章為緒論部分,主要闡明筆者對中美天才教育進行比較研究的原因、選題的意義、研究中采用的方法、對“天才”相關(guān)概念的界定以及相關(guān)文獻的綜述,以便讀者對天才教育有初步的認識。本文的第二章以時間為脈絡,分別對美國和中國的天才教育歷史進行了梳理,以便了解各自在天才教育發(fā)展過程中的潮起潮落。第三章至第七章則分別從兩國天才教育的法律政策、服務管理、研究力量、資源支持系統(tǒng)和課程模式這五方面進行介紹和對比,并總結(jié)出我國在這些方面的成績和存在不足。本文的最后一章將在前面比較的基礎上,嘗試對上述五方面的問題分別給予改革建議。筆者希望通過對中美天才教育的介紹和比較,使讀者能方便地獲得一幅關(guān)于天才教育的“知識圖譜”,更希望能為引起廣大讀者對天才教育的進一步關(guān)注,起到一個拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, in the face of the scramble for talents from all over the world, talent will become the commanding point of all countries in the world, and it will also determine the rise and fall of China and the ranking of China in the development of the world. Therefore, genius education is a strategic and worthy of in-depth discussion of the subject. Since the establishment of the first juvenile class in the mainland of China in 1978, genius education has only received public attention. Thirty years later, although China's genius education has made some achievements, it is still hard to move forward in the wind and rain. In contrast, the genius education system in the United States is relatively mature. It has gradually formed an independent legal and specialized service management agency, a group of stable research teams and a sound resource support system. Many aspects are worth learning and learning from China. This article will discuss the problem of Chinese and American genius education from the macro level. This paper is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly explains the reasons for the comparative study of genius education between China and the United States, the significance of the topic, the methods used in the study, the definition of the concept of "genius" and the summary of relevant literature. So that readers have a preliminary understanding of genius education. The second chapter combs the history of genius education in the United States and China in order to understand the ebb and flow in the development of genius education. The third chapter to the seventh chapter introduces and compares the legal policy, service management, research power, resource support system and curriculum model of genius education in the two countries, and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of our country in these aspects. In the last chapter, based on the previous comparison, the author tries to give some reform suggestions to the above five problems. The author hopes that through the introduction and comparison of genius education between China and the United States, readers can easily obtain a "map of knowledge" about genius education, and more hope that it can arouse the readers' further attention to genius education. Play the role of a brick to attract jade.
