【摘要】：本文以善治理論、利益相關(guān)者理論、現(xiàn)代民主管理理論、主體性教育理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)云南省D大學(xué)的實(shí)地調(diào)查,結(jié)合個(gè)案訪(fǎng)談和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,揭示了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的意愿和行為狀況,分析了其存在的問(wèn)題及原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了推進(jìn)大學(xué)生有效參與教學(xué)管理的對(duì)策建議。文章主要從以下五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行探討： 第一部分：緒論。包括研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容與方法、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究述評(píng)。 第二部分：理論探討。介紹了大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的本質(zhì)、理論基礎(chǔ)、可行性與局限性、原則和內(nèi)容及參與管理的影響因素。 第三部分：現(xiàn)狀分析。對(duì)大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的意愿和行為狀況進(jìn)行了描述統(tǒng)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià),認(rèn)為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的意愿狀況總體良好,表現(xiàn)為學(xué)生總體參與意愿強(qiáng)烈,態(tài)度端正,參與積極性較高等,而參與行為狀況卻有待提高和改進(jìn),表現(xiàn)為參與內(nèi)容窄、層次低、渠道和方式單一、效度不高等。 第四部分：?jiǎn)栴}及原因分析。大學(xué)生在參與教學(xué)管理過(guò)程中存在六大問(wèn)題：部分學(xué)生對(duì)參與教學(xué)管理的認(rèn)知程度不高；部分學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理呈現(xiàn)功利化傾向；參與教學(xué)管理的內(nèi)容過(guò)窄、層次過(guò)低；參與教學(xué)管理的渠道和方式單一；參與教學(xué)管理的有效度和滿(mǎn)意度不高；參與教學(xué)管理的體制及有效機(jī)制不健全,并從學(xué)生個(gè)體、高校教職工、高校管理和社會(huì)四個(gè)層面對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。 第五部分：對(duì)策建議。針對(duì)大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,提出積極推進(jìn)大學(xué)生有效參與教學(xué)管理的措施,主要包括確立大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的理念和提供大學(xué)生參與教學(xué)管理的保障機(jī)制兩大方面。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of good governance, stakeholder theory, modern democratic management theory and subjective education theory, through the field investigation of D University in Yunnan Province, combined with case interviews and statistical analysis, this paper reveals the willingness and behavior of contemporary college students to participate in teaching management, analyzes the existing problems and causes, and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective participation of college students in teaching management. The article mainly discusses from the following five parts: the first part: introduction. Including research background, significance, content and methods, domestic and foreign research review. The second part: theoretical discussion. This paper introduces the essence, theoretical basis, feasibility and limitation, principles and contents of college students' participation in teaching management and the influencing factors of participating in teaching management. The third part: the present situation analysis. This paper describes and evaluates the willingness and behavior of college students to participate in teaching management, and holds that the willingness of college students to participate in teaching management is generally good, which is manifested in the strong willingness to participate, correct attitude and high enthusiasm for participation, while the participation behavior needs to be improved and improved, such as narrow participation content, low level, single channel and mode, low validity and so on. The fourth part: the problem and the cause analysis. There are six problems in the process of college students' participation in teaching management: some students' cognition of participating in teaching management is not high; some students' participation in teaching management shows utilitarian tendency; the content of participating in teaching management is too narrow and the level is too low; the channel and way of participating in teaching management are single; the degree of effectiveness and satisfaction of participating in teaching management is not high; The system and effective mechanism of participating in teaching management are not perfect, and the problems are analyzed from four aspects: student individual, university teaching staff, university management and society. The fifth part: countermeasures and suggestions. In view of the present situation and problems of college students' participation in teaching management, this paper puts forward some measures to actively promote the effective participation of college students in teaching management, including the establishment of the concept of college students' participation in teaching management and the provision of guarantee mechanism for college students to participate in teaching management.
