大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:隨著20世紀(jì)90年代末期高校后勤社會化的改革、高校擴招以及完全學(xué)分制的推行,高校學(xué)生的住宿條件發(fā)生了很大的改變,寢室成了大學(xué)校園里相對固定的基層單位,“生活園區(qū)”的概念被提出和實踐,生活園區(qū)成了大學(xué)生生活、交流、學(xué)習(xí)的重要場所并日趨成為影響大學(xué)生思想行為的重要空間。如何搶占這塊課堂之外的重要陣地成了學(xué)者以及高校思想政治教育工作者必須要面對和思考的問題。本文在借鑒他人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過文獻閱讀、問卷調(diào)查、個別訪談等方法,對上海市三所高校開展了相關(guān)的調(diào)查研究與分析工作,試圖將理論研究與實證調(diào)查相結(jié)合,提出可供操作的加強生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的新舉措。本文共分三個部分。 第一部分闡述了大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵和必要性。在這一部分中,首先介紹了大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)的內(nèi)涵、組織管理模式、生活園區(qū)的由來以及大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵;然后闡述了生活園區(qū)之于大學(xué)生的意義,生活園區(qū)是大學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)、生活及娛樂休閑的主要場所,是大學(xué)生同輩群體間相互交流、情感依托的家園,也是大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展、成長鍛煉的重要舞臺。生活園區(qū)思想政治教育具有生活性、情感性、滲透性和集中性等特點。在大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)開展思想政治教育是對大學(xué)生思想政治教育“三貼近”原則的踐行,是加強生活園區(qū)育人功能的內(nèi)在要求,是對高校學(xué)生工作的內(nèi)在補充,是增強大學(xué)生思想政治教育針對性和有效性的重要途徑,是提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的基層保障。 第二部分介紹了筆者調(diào)查的基本情況以及大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀。通過文獻查閱以及對上海交通大學(xué)、華東師范大學(xué)和上海大學(xué)生活園區(qū)的實證調(diào)查,總結(jié)了成績,發(fā)現(xiàn)了問題,并分析了原因。目前,許多高校已經(jīng)察覺了在生活園區(qū)開展思想政治教育的必要性,并取得了一定成績,但是在現(xiàn)實的操作中仍存在一些問題,譬如:學(xué)生對在生活園區(qū)進行思想政治教育的認同度不高,園區(qū)工作者對在生活園區(qū)開展思想政治教育存在畏難情緒,對園區(qū)教育資源的挖掘不夠充分等。究其原因,是由于某些思政工作者對大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的定位不明確、積極性不高,部分大學(xué)生對顯性的教育和管理存在一定的排斥心理,園區(qū)思想政治教育工作缺乏有效的激勵機制和保障機制等。 第三部分提出了對于加強與改進大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的一些建議、舉措。首先應(yīng)該樹立大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的觀念,明確生活園區(qū)的育人功能。其次要完善大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育隊伍,發(fā)動輔導(dǎo)員、園區(qū)管理者、園區(qū)學(xué)生自主管理隊伍、后勤服務(wù)人員以及導(dǎo)師加入到生活園區(qū)全員育人的隊伍中來。再次從園區(qū)管理、服務(wù)、環(huán)境三個維度出發(fā),做到管理、服務(wù)、環(huán)境與育人相結(jié)合,把生活園區(qū)思想政治教育落到實處。最后為了讓園區(qū)思想政治教育長期、有效開展下去,要完善生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的保障機制,包括理論保障、體制保障、資金保障和監(jiān)督保障。 本文試圖系統(tǒng)地闡述生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的相關(guān)問題,從生活園區(qū)的由來出發(fā),探討生活園區(qū)對于大學(xué)生的意義;從生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的必要性出發(fā),發(fā)掘生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的可行性;從生活園區(qū)思想政治教育存在的問題出發(fā),提出解決問題的舉措。其中,有些內(nèi)容是之前的研究鮮有涉及的,比如,大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)的由來和生活園區(qū)對于大學(xué)生的意義,在以往的研究中基本上都是一筆帶過,但是,本文做了必要的、詳細的闡述。并且對在生活園區(qū)進行思想政治教育的可行性也進行了論證,這也是以前的研究所沒有涉及的。再者,本文較為細致地把握了生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的特質(zhì),并從管理育人、服務(wù)育人、環(huán)境育人三個維度對其進行了較為深入地研究。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the socialization of the college logistics in the late 1990s, the expansion of the university and the introduction of the full credit system, the accommodation conditions of the university students have changed greatly. The dormitory is the basic unit in the university campus, and the concept of the "Life Park" is put forward and practiced. The living area has become an important place for college students to live, communicate and study, and become an important space to influence the college students' ideological behavior. How to seize the important position outside this class become the problem that the scholars and the ideological and political educators of the university must face and think. Based on the research results of others, this paper, through the methods of literature reading, questionnaire survey and individual interview, has carried out relevant research and analysis on the three colleges and universities in Shanghai, and tried to combine the theoretical research with the empirical investigation. The new measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the life park are put forward. This paper is divided into three parts. The present situation of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huadong Normal University and Shanghai University's life park is reviewed, the achievements are summarized, the problems are found, and the analysis is made. The reason is that many colleges and universities have been aware of the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in the life park, and have achieved some achievements, but there are still some problems in the practical operation, such as the identification of the students in the ideological and political education in the living area The degree is not high, the park worker is afraid of the ideological and political education in the life park, and the excavation of the educational resources in the park is not enough The reason is that some of the ideological and political workers are not clear about the orientation of the ideological and political education of the college students' life campus, the enthusiasm is not high, and some of the college students have a certain platoon to the dominant education and management. The lack of effective incentive mechanism and guarantee for ideological and political education in the park The third part puts forward some suggestions for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the college students' life garden It is suggested that the initiative should first set up the idea of the ideological and political education of the college students' living park, and make clear the life park Second, we should perfect the ideological and political education team of the college students' life campus, launch the instructors, park managers, the autonomous management team of the students in the park, the logistics service personnel and the instructors to the whole staff of the life park From the three dimensions of the management, service and environment of the park, the management, service, environment and education should be combined, and the ideological and political education of the living park will be integrated.
