【摘要】：腐敗不僅直接危害著執(zhí)政黨的地位和社會(huì)的和諧。反腐倡廉建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的重要?dú)v史使命。懲治腐敗，預(yù)防為先。黨的十七大明確提出要在完善懲治體系的同時(shí)，要以建設(shè)預(yù)防腐敗體系為重點(diǎn)。而在預(yù)防腐敗體系中，加強(qiáng)對(duì)全體公民尤其是黨員干部的廉政教育，是非常重要的一環(huán)�！督⒔∪逃⒅贫取⒈O(jiān)督并重的懲治和預(yù)防腐敗體系實(shí)施綱要》（2008－2012）明確指出，要在全體國(guó)民尤其是全體黨員中加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉教育，增強(qiáng)社會(huì)成員的反腐倡廉意識(shí)，提高反腐倡廉建設(shè)實(shí)效性。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生，由于其自身特定的思想品德和心理特點(diǎn)，對(duì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)象尚沒有形成獨(dú)立的、辯證的見解，容易受到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和社會(huì)生活中腐敗現(xiàn)象的影響，，從而也影響到他們成長(zhǎng)成才中正確價(jià)值觀的形成。大學(xué)生是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的后備建設(shè)者和接班人，他們的反腐倡廉意識(shí)，將直接關(guān)系到我國(guó)反腐倡廉建設(shè)事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。然而，目前高校在思想政治教育中，更多地還是局限于大學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范的養(yǎng)成和社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)的灌輸，對(duì)他們進(jìn)行廉政教育還有待于加強(qiáng)和拓新。因此，加強(qiáng)在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的反腐倡廉教育，是當(dāng)前提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的緊迫要求和新課題。 本論文基于導(dǎo)師李康平教授主持的教育部人文社科項(xiàng)目《紅色文化在高校思政課教育教學(xué)運(yùn)用的研究》（09JDSZK031）而完成的主體性研究論文。 建黨以來(lái)，反腐倡廉工作是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨始終堅(jiān)持的主題之一。在這90多年的歷程中，蘇區(qū)時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的廉政基本實(shí)踐是寶貴廉政教育資源。因此，本文從回溯中央蘇區(qū)廉政基本實(shí)踐的歷史進(jìn)程，挖掘其優(yōu)質(zhì)的廉政文化資源和價(jià)值，提升其理論形態(tài)，并運(yùn)用到大學(xué)生廉政教育的實(shí)踐中去，實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)與時(shí)代教育實(shí)踐的統(tǒng)一。擬從歷史的視角，結(jié)合目前大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)踐，對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生反腐倡廉教育進(jìn)行對(duì)策性的論述，以期拓新大學(xué)生思想政治教育研究的領(lǐng)域。 本文基于目前大學(xué)生廉政教育的現(xiàn)狀，基于大學(xué)生即將承擔(dān)的社會(huì)角色對(duì)于社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的重要性，基于目前社會(huì)等領(lǐng)域腐敗現(xiàn)象對(duì)大學(xué)生思想和學(xué)習(xí)生活的影響，在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中強(qiáng)化廉政教育，是非常重要和必要的。本文試圖通過研究和總結(jié)蘇區(qū)廉政基本實(shí)踐的歷史背景、蘇區(qū)廉政基本實(shí)踐的歷史進(jìn)程及其主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其是從理論上有針對(duì)性地提煉出對(duì)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育實(shí)踐有價(jià)值的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，結(jié)合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生廉政教育的實(shí)際，來(lái)論述當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育的主要內(nèi)容和對(duì)策，包括：廉政信念教育、廉政價(jià)值觀教育、廉政精神教育、廉政作風(fēng)教育、廉政法制教育、廉政制度教育等。本文以歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)提升——優(yōu)質(zhì)資源開發(fā)運(yùn)用——教育價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的思路，把蘇區(qū)廉政的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)提煉轉(zhuǎn)化成大學(xué)生廉政教育優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，并將蘇區(qū)廉政的實(shí)踐資源和歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)開發(fā)和運(yùn)用于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的廉政教育實(shí)踐，創(chuàng)新當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育的實(shí)踐路徑和平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育的價(jià)值，從而達(dá)到蘇區(qū)廉政資源價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育效果的統(tǒng)一。 本文力求在學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)蘇區(qū)廉政基本實(shí)踐歷史進(jìn)程、經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合大學(xué)生實(shí)際，就在新時(shí)期如何將蘇區(qū)廉政基本實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)貫徹到大學(xué)生反腐倡廉教育實(shí)踐中，把廉政文化歷史資源與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉政教育的時(shí)代要求有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)展開研究，并以此作為參考設(shè)定大學(xué)生廉政教育的基本內(nèi)容、要求及實(shí)踐路徑，探研大學(xué)生廉政教育的“趨前教育”和“職前教育”的實(shí)踐路徑，這是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。 從全文來(lái)看，如何將蘇區(qū)廉政經(jīng)驗(yàn)與優(yōu)質(zhì)資源運(yùn)用到大學(xué)生廉政教育實(shí)踐中，作出更深入的研究，如何將史論和時(shí)代要求進(jìn)行有機(jī)的融合的研究，還有待于后續(xù)深入研究和學(xué)習(xí)。
