音樂干預培訓對提升初入職應屆畢業(yè)生社交能力的研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to train new graduates with poor interpersonal adaptability and slight social anxiety through music intervention training. With the help of the previous theory and practice of music therapy and training design, the action research method is used to explore the effective ways to improve the social ability of this group in the form of music intervention. This paper tries to develop a feasible implementation framework of music intervention training and verify its effectiveness. First of all, from four aspects: music teaching design, music psychology, the application of music in improving social ability and the research effect of training, combined with the research status at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and reviews the research situation. It lays a foundation for further development and improvement of practical application. Secondly, 30 new graduate interns were tested with the communicative anxiety scale. From the test results, 10 fresh graduates from different majors were selected as the subjects, and the music group intervention training was carried out twice a week, 60 minutes each time, a total of seven times. After the intervention, according to the results of longitudinal and horizontal comparison, combined with interviews, training feelings and research notes, the intervention was evaluated. The results show that music intervention training can improve and promote the fresh graduates to understand and understand themselves, and through the training, the social anxiety of the group is obviously reduced, and the social anxiety of the group can be fully understood and accommodated, so as to be more aware of the importance of teamwork. The avoidance and distress of the social environment have also been improved to help them adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, and some developmental psychological problems in the process from school to society have been solved as a whole. In addition, the researchers led the whole process of training, and made a comprehensive observation and analysis, combined with the above results and practical experience, designed a set of implementation framework of music intervention training, which has certain feasibility, and provides a reference for enterprises to carry out music intervention training from the aspect of practical application.
