【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著教育行業(yè)的改革,我國(guó)高校的普遍教學(xué)得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,高校秘書在整個(gè)教學(xué)管理中起到了重要的作用。教學(xué)秘書作為高校教學(xué)管理的基層人員,其工作內(nèi)容和詳細(xì)的工作性質(zhì)更是決定了教學(xué)秘書工作的重要性。鑒于此,本文主要分析研究了當(dāng)前秘書在高校教學(xué)管理中的重要職能,并對(duì)提升高校秘書職業(yè)修養(yǎng)的提出了幾點(diǎn)重要舉措,旨在為我國(guó)高校教學(xué)管理水平的提升獻(xiàn)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform of the education industry, the universal teaching in colleges and universities in China has made great progress, and university secretaries have played an important role in the whole teaching management. As the basic staff of teaching management in colleges and universities, the content and detailed nature of teaching secretary determine the importance of teaching secretary work. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes and studies the important functions of the secretary in the teaching management of colleges and universities, and puts forward some important measures to improve the professional accomplishment of the secretaries in colleges and universities, in order to contribute to the improvement of the teaching management level of colleges and universities in our country.
