【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)的變革,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力,高等教育提供的知識(shí)和技能與人才市場(chǎng)需求脫節(jié),高等教育的受教育者對(duì)高等教育改善就業(yè)的需求口益增長(zhǎng),這些都促使各國(guó)政府關(guān)注高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題和就業(yè)能力的開發(fā)問(wèn)題。而英國(guó)較早關(guān)注此領(lǐng)域,該國(guó)從人力資源發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度來(lái)審視高校學(xué)生培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,并出臺(tái)了一系列政策文件,對(duì)我國(guó)解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題有極大的借鑒意義。 為促進(jìn)就業(yè)能力的提高,英國(guó)在各個(gè)層次上建立起合作關(guān)系,形成了一個(gè)包括政府部門、第三方機(jī)構(gòu)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、以及企業(yè)等在內(nèi)的聯(lián)盟,確保密切合作共同推進(jìn)和監(jiān)督就業(yè)能力開發(fā)策略的擬定貫徹及執(zhí)行。英國(guó)各高校采取了將就業(yè)技能植入課程,創(chuàng)造多樣工作體驗(yàn)機(jī)會(huì),加強(qiáng)就業(yè)服務(wù)支持,利用個(gè)人發(fā)展計(jì)劃促進(jìn)學(xué)生反思等具體措施開發(fā)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力。總體而言,開發(fā)取得一定成就,高等教育課程發(fā)生了可觀的變化,然而也暴露出各高校開發(fā)程度不一等問(wèn)題。 本文嘗試借鑒英國(guó)獨(dú)具特色的大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力開發(fā)實(shí)踐,為我國(guó)人才培養(yǎng)尤其是大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力開發(fā)提供有益的啟示。我國(guó)應(yīng)形成政府給予政策支持,高校改革培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃和提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,企業(yè)積極提供實(shí)習(xí)工作崗位以及反饋建議,學(xué)生個(gè)人主動(dòng)實(shí)踐和反思,凝聚多方的力量保證有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的體系成功構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, the reform of labor market, the pressure of international competition, the knowledge and skills provided by higher education are out of touch with the demand of talent market, and the demand for higher education to improve employment is increasing. All these urge governments to pay attention to the employment problem and the development of employment ability of college graduates. Britain paid attention to this field earlier. It examined the problem of college student training from the strategic point of view of human resources development, and issued a series of policy documents, which has great reference significance for our country to solve the employment problem of college students. In order to promote the improvement of employability, the United Kingdom has established partnerships at all levels and formed an alliance of government departments, third-party institutions, research institutions, enterprises, and so on. Ensure close cooperation to promote and supervise the formulation and implementation of employment capacity development strategy. British colleges and universities have taken some concrete measures, such as implanting employment skills into courses, creating diverse job experience opportunities, strengthening employment service support, and using personal development plans to promote students' reflection on the employment ability of college students. Generally speaking, some achievements have been made in the development, and considerable changes have taken place in the curriculum of higher education, but it has also exposed the problems of different degrees of development in colleges and universities. This paper attempts to draw lessons from the unique practice of the development of college students' employability in Britain, and to provide useful enlightenment for the cultivation of talents, especially for the development of college students' employability in our country. Our country should form the policy support given by the government, reform the training plan of colleges and universities and improve the quality of personnel training, enterprises should actively provide internship posts and feedback suggestions, and students should take the initiative to practice and reflect on them. The cohesion of many forces is conducive to the successful construction of the system of cultivating college students' employability.
