哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)類師生合著論文署名規(guī)范研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)黨和國(guó)家政府不斷發(fā)出繁榮哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的《意見(jiàn)》和《決定》,指明繁榮哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的重要意義,繁榮哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)要依靠高質(zhì)量的學(xué)術(shù)成果,要以對(duì)研究人員的激勵(lì)為核心。論文署名-承認(rèn)是對(duì)科研人員重要的激勵(lì)方式,目前高校在教師招聘、教師考核和研究生畢業(yè)的相關(guān)文件中,大多只承認(rèn)第一作者,而導(dǎo)師和研究生對(duì)合著論文的貢獻(xiàn)通常難以區(qū)分大小,這導(dǎo)致了很多研究生和導(dǎo)師之間的署名爭(zhēng)議和矛盾,,不利于師生之間建立科研信任和開(kāi)展合作研究,合理署名制度急需建立。 本文認(rèn)為合理的署名制度目標(biāo)在于繁榮哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué),同時(shí)必須滿足以下四個(gè)原則:(1)促進(jìn)科研機(jī)制高效運(yùn)行原則;(2)促進(jìn)科研可持續(xù)發(fā)展;(3)公平原則;(4)最小擾動(dòng)原則。解決師生合著論文署名問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵是要承認(rèn)第二作者的貢獻(xiàn),當(dāng)學(xué)生為第一作者、導(dǎo)師為第二作者時(shí),導(dǎo)師應(yīng)被視與第一作者同等貢獻(xiàn),獲得同等承認(rèn)。所以本文提出設(shè)置并認(rèn)可通訊作者作為解決師生兩人合著署名問(wèn)題的方案,在成果統(tǒng)計(jì)中每位作者算1篇。導(dǎo)師作為通訊作者,需要承擔(dān)確保論文質(zhì)量和真實(shí)性的責(zé)任,發(fā)揮與讀者和期刊的通訊作用。通訊作者作為一種解決師生合著署名的制度設(shè)計(jì),需要現(xiàn)有制度從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)整:(1)所有哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)期刊雜志應(yīng)允許作為第二作者的導(dǎo)師標(biāo)注為通訊作者;(2)高校人事部門、課題管理單位及評(píng)獎(jiǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該將導(dǎo)師署名通訊作者視為第一作者。 本文討論通訊作者作為一種署名制度,能夠解決當(dāng)前哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)類師生兩人合著署名問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)師生合作研究和后備人才培養(yǎng)。促進(jìn)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的繁榮,需要更多學(xué)者關(guān)注哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)合著署名問(wèn)題,為合作研究者提供有利的政策環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Party and state governments have continuously issued the "opinions" and "decisions" on the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, pointing out the significance of prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, and the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences depends on high-quality academic achievements. It is necessary to focus on the motivation of researchers. The signature of the paper-recognition is an important way to encourage scientific researchers. At present, most of the relevant documents on teacher recruitment, teacher assessment and graduate graduation in colleges and universities only recognize the first author. However, the contribution of mentors and graduate students to co-authoring papers is usually difficult to distinguish, which leads to the signed disputes and contradictions between many graduate students and mentors, which is not conducive to the establishment of scientific research trust and cooperative research between teachers and students. A reasonable signature system is in urgent need of establishment. This paper holds that the goal of reasonable signature system is to prosper philosophy and social sciences, and the following four principles must be satisfied: (1) to promote the efficient operation of scientific research mechanism, (2) to promote the sustainable development of scientific research, (3) to promote the principle of fairness, and (3) to promote the sustainable development of scientific research. (4) the principle of minimum disturbance. The key to solve the problem of signing papers co-authored by teachers and students is to recognize the contribution of the second author. When the student is the first author and the tutor is the second author, the tutor should be regarded as the same contribution and the same recognition as the first author. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up and approve the communication author as a solution to the problem of co-authoring between teachers and students, and each author calculates one article in the result statistics. As the author of communication, the tutor should take on the responsibility of ensuring the quality and authenticity of the paper and play the role of communication with readers and periodicals. As a kind of system design to solve the problem of teacher-student co-author signature, the existing system needs to be adjusted from two aspects: (1) all philosophical and social science journals and magazines should be allowed to be marked as communication authors as mentors of second authors; (2) personnel departments, subject management units and award evaluation institutions in colleges and universities should regard the signed communication author as the first author. This paper discusses that the author of communication, as a signature system, can solve the problem of co-authoring between teachers and students of philosophy and social sciences, and promote the cooperative research of teachers and students of philosophy and social sciences and the cultivation of reserve talents. To promote the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, more scholars need to pay attention to the signature of philosophy and social sciences, so as to provide a favorable policy environment for cooperative researchers.
