【摘要】： 在我國高等教育的大眾化、多樣化已經(jīng)成為一種不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的發(fā)展趨勢下,教育市場競爭日趨激烈,以特色取勝已成為高等學(xué)校一種策略共識。尤其是地方高等學(xué)校,與國家高等學(xué)校相比,在生存和發(fā)展中存在著很多的先天不足和后期積累的劣勢,特色策略更是其增強(qiáng)自身競爭力的關(guān)鍵。而特色學(xué)科是特色高等學(xué)校最顯著的標(biāo)志之一。一所地方高等學(xué)校如果擁有一批獨(dú)具特色實(shí)力的學(xué)科或?qū)W科群,就能在激烈的競爭中煥發(fā)出勃勃生機(jī)。而目前我國地方高等學(xué)校的學(xué)科建設(shè)工作中普遍存在嚴(yán)重的“趨同化”問題,完全失去了自身的特色,直接導(dǎo)致學(xué)校發(fā)展的同型化和人才培養(yǎng)模式的單一化,不能滿足社會多層次、多類型、多規(guī)格的人才需求,也造成了地方高等學(xué)校發(fā)展的困境。 本文要解決的核心問題是地方高等學(xué)校到底如何建設(shè)自身的特色學(xué)科。從這一目的出發(fā),本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析、個案研究、比較研究、調(diào)查訪談等方法,運(yùn)用策略學(xué)、高等教育學(xué)和高等教育管理學(xué)等理論,從我國地方高等學(xué)校學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)的“趨同化”問題出發(fā),指出特色學(xué)科建設(shè)對于地方高等學(xué)校發(fā)展的重要意義和當(dāng)前地方高等學(xué)校特色學(xué)科建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合特色學(xué)科建設(shè)的基本理論分析,對地方高等學(xué)校特色學(xué)科建設(shè)進(jìn)行策略研究。特色學(xué)科建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵就在于“特色”的形成,文章的重心通過對地方高等學(xué)校學(xué)科建設(shè)的優(yōu)、劣勢條件及面臨的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)來分析“特色”的選擇的依據(jù),并利用各項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢條件,通過對傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科、地方特色學(xué)科、交叉學(xué)科和邊緣學(xué)科的重點(diǎn)建設(shè),培育出地方高等學(xué)校自身的特色學(xué)科;并強(qiáng)調(diào)地方高等學(xué)校要在資金投入、創(chuàng)新意識、學(xué)科評價及時間積淀四個方面來保持和強(qiáng)化該特色學(xué)科的優(yōu)勢。最后,以浙江師范大學(xué)特色學(xué)科建設(shè)的案例研究來進(jìn)一步論證上述特色學(xué)科建設(shè)的理論分析。
[Abstract]:Under the popularization and diversification of higher education in China has become an irreversible development trend, the competition in the education market is becoming increasingly fierce, and winning by characteristics has become a strategic consensus of colleges and universities. Especially, compared with national colleges and universities, there are many inherent shortcomings and accumulated disadvantages in the survival and development of local colleges and universities, and the characteristic strategy is the key to enhance their own competitiveness. The characteristic discipline is one of the most prominent symbols of characteristic colleges and universities. If a local university has a group of disciplines or subjects with unique strength, it can radiate vitality in the fierce competition. At present, there is a serious problem of "convergence" in the discipline construction of local colleges and universities in our country, which completely loses its own characteristics and directly leads to the homogenization of school development and the simplification of talent training mode. Unable to meet the needs of social multi-level, multi-type and multi-specification talents, but also caused the dilemma of the development of local colleges and universities. The core problem to be solved in this paper is how to construct its own characteristic disciplines in local colleges and universities. For this purpose, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, case study, comparative study, investigation and interview, and applies the theories of strategy, higher education and higher education management. Starting from the problem of "convergence" of the discipline structure of local colleges and universities in China, this paper points out the significance of the construction of characteristic disciplines for the development of local colleges and universities and the present situation of the construction of characteristic disciplines in local colleges and universities. Combined with the basic theoretical analysis of the construction of characteristic disciplines, this paper makes a strategic study on the construction of characteristic disciplines in local colleges and universities. The key to the construction of characteristic disciplines lies in the formation of "characteristics". The focus of this paper is to analyze the basis of the choice of "characteristics" through the advantages and disadvantages of discipline construction in local colleges and universities and the development opportunities and challenges faced by them. And make use of each advantage condition, through the traditional discipline, the local characteristic discipline, the interdisciplinary discipline and the marginal discipline key construction, trains the local university own characteristic discipline; It is emphasized that local colleges and universities should maintain and strengthen the advantages of this characteristic discipline in four aspects: capital investment, innovative consciousness, subject evaluation and time accumulation. Finally, the case study of Zhejiang normal University's characteristic discipline construction is used to further demonstrate the theoretical analysis of the above characteristic discipline construction.
