高校校園文化建設(shè)與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)接研究分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of economic development and the transformation of economic structure, the training and requirements of talents are also gradually improving. However, from the current situation, we can find that when college students have just entered the society to work, there are often a series of problems, such as the knowledge structure does not match with the actual work situation, does not adapt to the environment, can not bear the pressure and so on. The causes of these problems are often due to the fact that in the construction of campus culture and teaching activities in some colleges and universities in our country, all means serve for learning, and all ideas are only managed by students. A closed ivory tower was really built for the students. Thus neglecting the construction of the cultural characteristics of the school itself, and neglecting the construction of the sociality and enterprise connection of the campus culture of colleges and universities. At the same time, enterprises also have certain responsibilities, because in the construction of corporate culture, enterprises often pay attention to their own productivity and work efficiency, only pay attention to the cultivation of their own energy mining and dedication. However, it ignores the humanization factors of the enterprise and the sociality and positioning of the employees as human beings, so as to cause subconscious harm to the employees, and at the same time, it will also cause greater pressure for college graduates to enter the job. If this contradiction continues and spreads, it will cause great resistance to the economic and social development of our country and the cultivation of talents. On the one hand, this paper studies and expounds the campus culture and corporate culture in an all-round and in-depth way, and looks for the characteristics and the way to maximize the value of the two. After that, look for the connection between the two and the common values, carry on the analysis and research, so as to find a solution to the estrangement between the two, especially using the concept of corporate culture to guide the structure and practicability of campus culture. To explore a way to construct campus culture suitable for the future development of contemporary and social society, and finally to carry out practical research and analysis of the research results through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In order to ensure the practical value of the research results.
