【摘要】：大學(xué)生的公共精神是指具有獨立主體人格和平等權(quán)利義務(wù)的個體，自覺地積極主動參與社會公共生活，關(guān)心他人利益和社會公共利益并勇于維護自身正當(dāng)利益的一種態(tài)度。在新的形勢下，培育大學(xué)生的公共精神不僅是構(gòu)建和諧社會、中國特色社會主義建設(shè)、社會主義市場經(jīng)濟以及世界全球化發(fā)展的必然要求，而且也具有輻射性、綜合性、探索性等特征。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公共精神的主流現(xiàn)狀是好的，然而在現(xiàn)實生活中的確存在一些與公共精神相違背的現(xiàn)象，雖然是由傳統(tǒng)文化，學(xué)校、家庭教育，，經(jīng)濟體制和大學(xué)生自身原因造成的，所以高校要加強大學(xué)生公共精神的培養(yǎng)，這是社會快速發(fā)展和提高大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)的雙重要求。本文闡述了公共精神的定義、基本特征、發(fā)展階段和大學(xué)生公共精神的現(xiàn)狀，分析了大學(xué)生公共精神缺失的原因，提出了培育大學(xué)生公共精神的對策和措施：一是加強自身修養(yǎng)，喚起大學(xué)生的自主意識；二是加強公德教育，提高大學(xué)生的公共精神素質(zhì)；三是拓展公共生活，培育大學(xué)生的公共精神；四是營造培育大學(xué)生公共精神的高校文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:The public spirit of college students refers to the attitude of individuals with independent subject personality and equal rights and obligations, who consciously and actively participate in social public life, care for the interests of others and social public interests, and dare to safeguard their own legitimate interests. Under the new situation, cultivating the public spirit of college students is not only the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society, the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the socialist market economy and the development of world globalization, but also radiate and comprehensive. Exploratory and other characteristics. In the period of social transformation, the mainstream status quo of contemporary college students' public spirit is good. However, in real life, there are some phenomena that are contrary to the public spirit, although it is caused by traditional culture, school and family education. The economic system and the causes of college students themselves, so colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of college students' public spirit, which is the dual requirement of the rapid development of society and the improvement of college students' own quality. This paper expounds the definition, basic characteristics, development stage and the present situation of the public spirit of college students, and analyzes the reasons for the lack of public spirit of college students. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures for cultivating the public spirit of college students: first, to strengthen their own cultivation and arouse their sense of autonomy; The second is to strengthen the education of public morality and improve the public spiritual quality of college students; the third is to expand public life and cultivate the public spirit of college students; the fourth is to create a cultural atmosphere to cultivate the public spirit of college students.
