【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵階段,對(duì)高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新工程人才有了更迫切需求。針對(duì)當(dāng)前工程教育創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中人才定義不統(tǒng)一、實(shí)施路徑系統(tǒng)性較為欠缺等問(wèn)題,我們構(gòu)建了"人才成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力模型"與"知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新價(jià)值鏈條模型",從人才培養(yǎng)的前瞻性、出口的有效性與成長(zhǎng)的整體性等方面,深入開展了電子信息類專業(yè)工程教育綜合改革的理論探索,進(jìn)而提出了高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新工程人才系統(tǒng)性培養(yǎng)模式,相關(guān)實(shí)踐取得了良好成效。
[Abstract]:At present, China's electronic information industry is in the key stage of upgrading and transformation, and there is a more urgent demand for high-quality innovative engineering talents. In view of the problems such as the disunity of talent definition and the lack of systematic implementation path in the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering education, we have constructed the "dynamic model of talent growth" and the "value chain model of innovation of knowledge economy". This paper probes into the theoretical exploration of the comprehensive reform of engineering education of electronic information specialty from the aspects of the foresight of talent training, the effectiveness of export and the integrity of growth, and then puts forward the systematic training mode of high quality innovative engineering talents. The relevant practice has achieved good results.
