【摘要】：實驗教學條件是提升人才培養(yǎng)質量的重要的前提之一,如何根據(jù)實驗教學需要,避免重復建設是實驗教學資源配置難點。在有限的投入下,地方院校能否實現(xiàn)對實驗教學資源從粗放管理到精細化管理轉變直接關系到地方院校生存與可持續(xù)發(fā)展大計。研究量化標準,建立優(yōu)化利用公式,可以實現(xiàn)對院級實驗中心人員、房屋和儀器設備配置模式進行定量分析和精細化管理。以學科特性和學生人數(shù)為指標,合理配置實驗室面積;以年實驗人時數(shù)為指標,量化儀器設備的配置套數(shù),防止儀器設備重復購置;量化實驗人員工作量,科學設置實驗人員崗位。以上措施降低實驗教學資源配置成本,為提高辦學效益和本科實驗教學質量提供了保障。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching condition is one of the important prerequisites to improve the quality of talent training. How to avoid repeated construction according to the needs of experimental teaching is a difficult problem in the allocation of experimental teaching resources. Under the limited investment, whether local colleges and universities can realize the transformation from extensive management to fine management of experimental teaching resources is directly related to the survival and sustainable development of local colleges and universities. The quantitative analysis and meticulous management of the personnel, building and instrument and equipment configuration mode of the laboratory center at the hospital level can be realized by studying the quantitative standard and establishing the optimized utilization formula. According to the characteristics of the subject and the number of students, the laboratory area should be reasonably allocated, and the number of hours per year of the experimenter should be taken as the index to quantify the number of equipment allocation kits, so as to prevent the repeated acquisition of the instrument and equipment. Quantize the workload of the experimenter and scientifically set up the position of the experimenter. The above measures can reduce the allocation cost of experimental teaching resources, and provide guarantee for improving the efficiency of running schools and the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching.
