【摘要】：逆反心理是一種普遍存在的心理現(xiàn)象，在大學(xué)生身上體現(xiàn)得尤為突出。本文對(duì)思想政治教育工作中遇到的大學(xué)生逆反心理的挑戰(zhàn)，從思想政治教育者，受教育者，思想政治教育內(nèi)容，思想政治教育方法及社會(huì)各環(huán)境因素著手，分析了思想政治教育過程中大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生逆反心理現(xiàn)象的成因，也對(duì)解決思想政治教育中大學(xué)生逆反心理進(jìn)行了探討。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和我國改革開放，社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人們的思想觀念，價(jià)值取向，生活方式和文化需求都發(fā)生了深刻的變化。此種變化對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響尤為突出。如今的大學(xué)生多為獨(dú)生子女，一方面受家庭呵護(hù)，心理年齡發(fā)展滯后，使得逆反心理期的爆發(fā)延遲到了大學(xué)；另一方面，這一階段的大學(xué)生自我意識(shí)增強(qiáng)，獨(dú)立意識(shí)明顯，想要擺脫對(duì)成人的依附，以證明自己已經(jīng)長(zhǎng)大，獨(dú)立并且成熟了。面對(duì)處于這種矛盾階段的大學(xué)生，就對(duì)思想政治教育提出了挑戰(zhàn)。 近年來，高校思想政治教育在取得一定成績(jī)的同時(shí)，也存在著一些不足，特別是大學(xué)生對(duì)思想政治教育的逆反心理，這已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了思想政治教育工作的順利展開。逆反心理的危害性極廣，無論是大學(xué)生自身，，還是家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)，都會(huì)因?yàn)槟娣葱睦矶a(chǎn)生一些消極的影響，它會(huì)束縛大學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展，易使大學(xué)生誤入歧途，造成身心傷害和社會(huì)危害。所以，思想政治教育要根據(jù)大學(xué)生逆反心理的特征，對(duì)癥下藥，對(duì)逆反心理積極的方面加以正確的引導(dǎo)，激發(fā)出大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力和開拓進(jìn)取的精神；對(duì)逆反心理消極的方面更要傾注心力，結(jié)合大學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)和逆反心理產(chǎn)生的原因，積極制定有效對(duì)策，并正確實(shí)施，努力消除逆反心理的消極影響，淡化或消除大學(xué)生的逆反心理。
[Abstract]:Reverse psychology is a universal psychological phenomenon, especially in college students. This article to the ideological and political education work to meet the university student counterpsychological challenge, from the ideological and political educator, the educated, the ideological and political education content, the ideological and political education method and the society each environmental factor starts, This paper analyzes on the causes of the adverse psychology of college students in the process of ideological and political education, and probes into the solution to the counterpsychological phenomenon of college students in the course of ideological and political education. With the economic globalization and the reform and opening up of our country, the development of socialist market economy, people's ideology, value orientation, life style and cultural needs have undergone profound changes. This kind of change to the university student's influence is especially prominent. Nowadays, most of the college students are only children, on the one hand, under the care of the family, the development of psychological age lags behind, making the outbreak of the inverse psychological period delayed to the university; On the other hand, the self-consciousness of college students in this stage is enhanced, independence consciousness is obvious, and they want to get rid of their attachment to adults to prove that they have grown up, become independent and mature. Facing the university students who are in such a contradictory stage, they challenge the ideological and political education. In recent years, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has achieved some achievements, at the same time, there are also some deficiencies, especially college students to ideological and political education, which has seriously restricted the smooth development of ideological and political education. The harmfulness of rebellious psychology is very wide. No matter it is the college students themselves, or the family, the school, the society, all will have some negative influence because of the contrary psychology, it will restrain the university student's physical and mental development, easy to cause the university student to go astray. Cause physical, mental or social harm. Therefore, according to the characteristics of college students' counterpsychology, ideological and political education should give correct guidance to the positive aspects of contrarian psychology so as to stimulate the innovative ability of college students and the spirit of pioneering and enterprising. We should pay more attention to the negative aspects of reverse psychology, combine the characteristics of college students and the causes of their negative psychology, actively formulate effective countermeasures and implement them correctly, and strive to eliminate the negative influence of counter-reaction psychology.
