【摘要】：社會信息化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的到來使社會呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的活力與變化，我國的社會管理由過去的單一化逐步走向多元參與、公共治理的模式。構(gòu)建和諧社會的必然趨勢要求社會管理和大學(xué)生思想政治教育都要在遵循自身內(nèi)在規(guī)律發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)新和進(jìn)步，社會管理創(chuàng)新也將強(qiáng)力推動思想政治教育新的思考與實踐，思想政治教育要積極響應(yīng)并接受這種激勵，積極運用社會管理創(chuàng)新作為思想政治教育實踐新平臺，，自覺推進(jìn)自身的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，努力實現(xiàn)思想政治教育現(xiàn)代化。本文以創(chuàng)新社會管理為切入點，綜合運用社會學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，采用文獻(xiàn)索引法、觀察法、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法等方法，研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育與社會管理二者的關(guān)系，探討了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的基本理論及創(chuàng)新社會社會管理的內(nèi)涵，結(jié)合創(chuàng)新社會管理的基本理論指出了其對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的要求，分析了大學(xué)生的社會性及產(chǎn)生的矛盾和社會化的原則以及應(yīng)注意的問題，最后在創(chuàng)新社會管理視野下提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新途徑。 全文共分為五個主要的部分：第一部分主要是對研究的目的意義、研究狀況及研究方法進(jìn)行闡述；第二部分介紹了大學(xué)生思想政治教育及創(chuàng)新社會管理的內(nèi)涵，進(jìn)而指出創(chuàng)新社會管理對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的促進(jìn)作用；第三部分闡述了創(chuàng)新社會管理的基本理論，分析了創(chuàng)新社會管理對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的要求；第四部分探析了大學(xué)生社會性及在實踐中的體現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)實矛盾，對大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化應(yīng)當(dāng)堅持的原則及在社會化的發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)重點關(guān)注的問題作了較為深入的分析；第五部分從理念、主渠道、服務(wù)、載體、組織、政府管理等六個方面提出了實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育創(chuàng)新與和諧發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新路徑。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于，運用創(chuàng)新社會管理的基本理論，深化了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵，分析了大學(xué)生的社會性及產(chǎn)生的矛盾，揭示了大學(xué)生思想政治教育創(chuàng)新的六種途徑和社會化的三大原則以及應(yīng)注意的兩個問題。 創(chuàng)新的社會管理是構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要制度保障，大學(xué)生思想政治教育作為社會管理的一個重要手段，只有不斷完善和加強(qiáng)在學(xué)生思想政治教育的各方面建設(shè)才能最大限度地激發(fā)大學(xué)生的積極性和創(chuàng)造力，消除不和諧的因素，以大學(xué)生群體的思想健康、政治穩(wěn)定、全面發(fā)展引導(dǎo)和實現(xiàn)構(gòu)建和諧社會的美好愿望。
[Abstract]:With the advent of social informatization and economic globalization, the society has shown unprecedented vitality and change. The social management of our country has gradually changed from the singleness of the past to the mode of pluralistic participation and public governance. The inevitable trend of building a harmonious society requires social management and college students' ideological and political education to innovate and progress on the basis of following their own internal laws of development. The innovation of social management will also strongly promote the new thinking and practice of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education should actively respond to and accept this incentive, actively use social management innovation as a new platform for ideological and political education practice, consciously promote its own innovative development, and strive to realize the modernization of ideological and political education. Taking the innovation of social management as the starting point, this paper applies the relevant theories of sociology and ideological and political pedagogy, and adopts the methods of literature index, observation, experience summary and so on. This paper studies the relationship between ideological and political education of college students and social management, and probes into the basic theory of ideological and political education of college students and the connotation of innovative social management. In combination with the basic theory of innovative social management, this paper points out the requirements for ideological and political education of college students, analyzes on the sociality of college students, the principles of contradiction and socialization, and the problems that should be paid attention to. Finally, the innovative ways of ideological and political education for college students are put forward under the vision of innovative social management. The full text is divided into five main parts: the first part is mainly on the significance of the purpose of the research, research status and research methods; The second part introduces the connotation of college students' ideological and political education and innovative social management, and then points out the promoting effect of innovative social management on college students' ideological and political education; The third part expounds the basic theory of innovative social management and analyzes the requirements of innovative social management for college students' ideological and political education. The fourth part probes into the contradiction of college students' sociality and its embodiment and reality in practice, and makes a thorough analysis of the principles that should be adhered to in the socialization of college students' ideological and political education and the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of the development of socialization. The fifth part puts forward a creative path to realize the innovation and harmonious development of college students' ideological and political education from the following six aspects: idea, main channel, service, carrier, organization and government management. The innovation of this paper is that, by using the basic theory of innovative social management, the connotation of ideological and political education of college students is deepened, and the sociality and contradictions of college students are analyzed. This paper reveals six ways of innovation of college students' ideological and political education, three principles of socialization and two problems that should be paid attention to. Innovative social management is an important institutional guarantee for building a harmonious society. College students' ideological and political education is an important means of social management. Only by constantly perfecting and strengthening the construction of all aspects of students' ideological and political education can the enthusiasm and creativity of college students be maximized, and the factors of disharmony be eliminated, so that the ideological health and political stability of the college students can be achieved. All-round development guides and realizes the good wish of building a harmonious society.
