【摘要】：正一戈登·威爾斯(Gordon C.Wells)與彼得·巴赫(Peter Baehr)編譯的馬克斯·韋伯的專題論文集《論俄國(guó)革命》中譯本問(wèn)世了。該書所收的《俄國(guó)向偽立憲主義的轉(zhuǎn)變》(1906年)一文中,韋伯把學(xué)術(shù)自由和大學(xué)體制作為憲政問(wèn)題的一部分來(lái)處理,用了大量篇幅敘述、分析俄國(guó)大學(xué)體制與學(xué)術(shù)自由的問(wèn)題。韋伯希望俄國(guó)的自由主義立憲派、地方分權(quán)派知識(shí)分子能引導(dǎo)俄國(guó)人民結(jié)束沙皇專制統(tǒng)治,希望革命后出現(xiàn)一個(gè)民主的鄰國(guó)俄羅斯,給政治上同樣落后的德國(guó)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造一個(gè)好的國(guó)際環(huán)境。俄國(guó)自由主義知識(shí)分子不僅與大學(xué)有千絲萬(wàn)縷
[Abstract]:A Chinese translation of Max Weber's monograph on the Russian Revolution, compiled by Gordon C.Wells and Peter Bach (Peter Baehr). In the book "Russia's transition to pseudo-constitutionalism" (1906), Weber dealt with academic freedom and the university system as part of constitutional issues, and devoted a great deal of space to it. This paper analyzes the problems of university system and academic freedom in Russia. Webb hoped that Russia's liberal constitutionalists and decentralized intellectuals would lead the Russian people to an end to czar dictatorship, and that a democratic neighbour, Russia, would emerge after the revolution.
