基于主成分分析法的重慶高校輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度影響因素研究

【摘要】:《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》(中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院【2004】16號(hào)文件)以及《普通高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)規(guī)定》(中華人民共和國(guó)教育部令第24號(hào))明確指出:“高校輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校教師隊(duì)伍和黨政管理隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分。”關(guān)注輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度,探尋影響輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度的主要因素,是為了更好的促進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展,從而提升學(xué)生管理的工作效率。本文通過對(duì)重慶高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的實(shí)地調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度的主要因素,并結(jié)合工作滿意度提升,給出了相關(guān)的建議與對(duì)策。 本研究主要包括六個(gè)部分:第一部分緒論,闡明選題的背景,介紹研究目的和意義,確定研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法,為后續(xù)研究作基礎(chǔ);第二部分文獻(xiàn)綜述,著重就工作滿意度的相關(guān)理論和研究情況進(jìn)行了梳理;第三部分對(duì)研究的設(shè)計(jì)過程及步驟進(jìn)行了介紹;第四部分運(yùn)用主成分分析法,對(duì)調(diào)查問卷及其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析;第五部分進(jìn)一步探討了不同因素對(duì)工作滿意度的影響程度與結(jié)果;第六部分結(jié)合研究結(jié)果,從個(gè)人、學(xué)校和社會(huì)三個(gè)層面分別給出了提升輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度的相關(guān)建議。 本文主要從工作認(rèn)同、工作待遇、學(xué)校管理和工作環(huán)境等四個(gè)維度對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度進(jìn)行研究;發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在整體上輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)工作的認(rèn)知處于比較滿意的水平,其中工作認(rèn)同滿意度較高,工作待遇滿意度最低;(2)工作滿意度在輔導(dǎo)員性別、年齡、工作年限、帶班學(xué)生人數(shù)、學(xué)生類型、住處、全年總收入等變量上存在顯著差異;而在輔導(dǎo)員類型變量上無顯著差異。 為此,為提高輔導(dǎo)員工作滿意度,一方面,政府與學(xué)校要高度重視輔導(dǎo)員工作,,不斷提高輔導(dǎo)員的地位,推進(jìn)制度建設(shè);另一方面,要認(rèn)真落實(shí)好促進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策,加快輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化和專家化建設(shè),推動(dòng)其職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Views of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on further strengthening and improving ideological and political Education of College students (document No. 16 of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee [2004]) and the regulations on the Construction of counselors in Colleges and Universities (Chinese people) Decree No. 24 of the Ministry of Education of the people's Republic clearly states: "College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students. It is an important part of the faculty of colleges and universities and the party and government management team. " Paying close attention to counselors' job satisfaction and exploring the main factors affecting counselors' job satisfaction are aimed at promoting the development of counselors' team and thus promoting the efficiency of student management. Through on-the-spot investigation on the work of college counselors in Chongqing, this paper finds out the main factors that affect the counselors' job satisfaction, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures combined with the improvement of the job satisfaction. This study mainly includes six parts: the first part is introduction, which clarifies the background of the topic, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, determines the main contents and methods of the research, and provides the basis for the follow-up research; The second part is literature review, focusing on the related theory and research situation of job satisfaction; the third part introduces the design process and steps of the research; The fourth part uses principal component analysis to analyze the questionnaire and its results, and the fifth part further discusses the influence degree and results of different factors on job satisfaction. In the sixth part, according to the research results, the author gives some suggestions on how to improve the counselor's job satisfaction from three levels: individual, school and society. This paper mainly studies the job satisfaction of counselors from four dimensions: job recognition, job treatment, school management and work environment. The results are as follows: (1) on the whole, counselors' cognition of work is at a relatively satisfactory level, in which job recognition satisfaction is higher and job treatment satisfaction is the lowest; (2) there were significant differences in sex, age, length of work, number of students with class, type of student, residence, total income of the whole year, but there was no significant difference in the variables of counselor type. Therefore, in order to improve the job satisfaction of counselors, on the one hand, the government and schools should attach great importance to the work of counselors, constantly improve the status of counselors, and promote the construction of the system; On the other hand, we should conscientiously implement the relevant policies to promote the development of counselors, speed up the professional and expert construction of counselors, and promote the development of their careers.
